RE: π EMH MARKET CAP: Β£48 MILLION β A VALUATION THAT MAKES NO SENSE3 Dec 2025 22:07
Export Credit will also form part of the funding package. I am estimating export credit and EIB loans is an easy β¬500m with β¬200m more in grants from the pot of money announced by the EU today. So adding in the β¬400m we already have in the bag, that gets me to β¬1.1billion, before we even start to get to pre-pay offtake. A pre-pay on just a 3rd of the annual production over a 3 year period, total 30K lithium, at say 15K/tonne (which I think is quite attractive given the trajectory of lithium pricing and supply demand consensus) then it is capex covered, no dilution.
now if you follow that logic so far, perhaps you might think about why our market capital is Β£50m and also do you think that there are bigger players looking at us as a ludicrously cheap way to get into a very long life, strategic project in a Tier 1 jurisdiction without having to put any equity into the construction of the project.
