Ssccss, what is it then??? What does vote no mean? We’ve got a path, it’s very unstable, buts it’s a path nonetheless.

Seriously, some of you can’t surely be invested. I’ve just explained the situation to my son who’s 12, he’s even shaking his head in disbelief.

Affirm, you vote no, no RTO, no returning in any form. Investment gone forever.

But according to SSccss and co the company is worth more. If what they said a few months ago is anything to go by.

ssccss, what do you not understand, our mcap was never worth £10m, we were lied to, so unfortunately, if we open at 1p, so be it. but we will be trading again. lunn cannot make bull**** up unfortunately, not like tom did. so we get back trading, either sell or buy average down. hopefully the future will look brighter and we may get our money back. but to vote no, there’s zero chance of getting any investment back. quite simple really.

In short, all shareholders invested in this company based on what Tom told us. After the suspension, it became clear that much of what Tom said wasn’t accurate. Lunn has since taken over and, to be fair, is working hard to fix the issues and clean up Tom’s mess. Unfortunately, Tom’s false claims led to an inflated market cap, while the true value of the company was much lower. If we vote yes, the company will resume trading, although at a much lower share price. The positive is that we’ll be back on the market with a clean slate and a more realistic foundation for future growth.

Earlier I said average volume per day was 25m, looking back over the past few days it’s more likely to be nearer 50m average. So taking this into account, the last batch of warrants (96m) may now be cleared. Let’s see what next week brings.

Listening to this, it’s an obvious vote yes. Previous directors got a lot to answer for.

Personally I don’t think we need to get concerned about what door fixing they use, or what tiles they may use in the kitchen.

If you were in the construction industry you’d also know that this technical information is given to the client on engineering and structural drawings etc, and not on I company website. I bet you won’t find the loadings of a floor etc on Taylor Wimpeys website. Jeez

If anything, there maybe downtime costs to Eco Build if x amount of modular homes have been ordered to come in at such a date and the site aren’t ready for them.

Housing a different beast to civil engineering works. There is no penalty charges for late work etc on housing developments.

Very much doubt penalty clauses. ECO build will be called in as and when foundations are ready. They will be controlled by the site programme.

SHAM but it doesn't mean because 2 companies you are aware of had messed it up that this is high risk now does it? I know 1000's of companies with that order book amount make it big style.
