Modular homes are flat packed and assembled on already constructed foundations. Other trades will then come in once assembled to carry out their work such as Plumbing, painting etc. so the 21000 euro is for producing the shell and assembly, nothing more, nothing less. So, yes, profit can be made on 21000, especially when talking about high volumes. Remember, 6 houses can be built in a week by 4 people.

I'm in the construction industry who has dealt with modular homes, this is the future and £25m for over £500m in contracts is way undervalued. So i'll be buying more and holding. £100m mcap in the near future.

Trying to get in cheaper that’s all they are doing, £500m contracts and more to come, this is a great investment, modular homes are the future and we are in a great position.

Am I right in saying ECOB on supply the shell, but groundwork’s, electricial, plumbing etc is carried out by others?
