£25m for a order book closing in on £1 billion, with revenues and upfront payments from partners totalling £20m is ridiculous tbh. Sp should be closer to a £1 not 24p.

Dominican Republic- Letter of intent for 10,000 new homes worth $237M.

Senegal- Negotiations to construct 10,000 homes and local partner G2 to invest 1.75m euro expected in December.

Kosovo- 195m Litigation claim

Albania- 2.2m Euro for a luxury 18 unit apartment with opportunities for furthermore apartments.

Canada- 2 storey showhome for potential contract to help Canada with 3.5m homes by 2030.

Sudan- 5m euro investment by Socotra for 2no production lines to address their housing shortfalls.

Chile- 420m euro contract with upfront payment of 12.75m euro to help production.

All for a mcap of £25m. What an absolute bargain. WOW

Hopefully warrants gone this week and we’ll head up towards 3p this week.

Think we’ll be closer to £1 by Christmas with all these new contracts to be announced. IMVHO
