Ssccss, listen now, we have been sold a dream by Tom etc, the company has nothing, we’re in debt and our Mcap is inflated, we need to address this, so dilution is the only option. There is no magic wand.

Ssccss, how would you get out of it, millions in debt, no projects, and you think we can get out of this with no dilution??? Too be honest, any other company in this position would go into administration, so give Lunn and current co a bit of credit fighting to keep this afloat.

Totally agree Matt, some were trolling when we were trading. They don’t hold. Just look at previous RNS’s and the latest meeting presentation and ignore the noise. I won’t be voting no because I can’t see anyway out, the vote no persons on here cannot tell you either, they’ve had many opportunities. There is no plan for voting no, very dangerous game. Ssccss as long as you realise that yes, you’ll own less shares, but the mcap will be higher so offsetting to a certain degree.

Ssccss you probably think 80% dilution means your shares decrease in value by 80%, but it doesn’t.

Reverse Takeovers (RTOs) typically involve 70–90% dilution for existing shareholders, meaning the new shares issued to acquire a private company can drastically reduce the ownership percentage of current shareholders.

Your note “but remember Mcap will be a lot higher” is important: even though the ownership percentage drops significantly, the market capitalization of the combined entity often increases substantially, because the private company being acquired usually adds significant value. In other words, the pie gets bigger, so even a smaller slice could be worth more in absolute terms.

95% dilution won’t happen, too extreme. Lunn also said that RMD valued PPP favourable. So I’m expecting 80% dilution, but mcap of new company will be £30m minimum. We won’t know until facts are presented to us. So let’s see, and then decide.

There’s a value of a RTO rather than going down the IPO route.
