Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
GRH - well said sir. To earn the respect of one's father is an immeasurable achievement.
I can't see why not. Imo this is a very positive development.
Dear GRH, if only I had seen your comments re BPC. It might have saved me a great deal of money! I say might, because many of us are gamblers at heart. However, through BPC I discovered PRD, so all is not yet lost.
GRH- thank you for taking the time to respond. My studies did lead me to the Aviva/Friends Life affair. An interesting situation, albeit questionable, given respective financial performances. I believe you have mentioned Edward Troup in previous postings, but alas I have not had the pleasure. Thank you be again. SF.
I am by no means a regular poster here, I think it is my first. Surely, in the overall scheme of things, this is not a major issue, but as a former senior civil servant, anything that removes potential or perceived conflicts of interest is a good thing in my limited experience. GRH, I am not familiar with the term "disguised rights issue" nor can I find reference to if in my limited research. Therefore, any further elaboration would be greatly appreciated.
Someone just bought 246 shares so looks as if momentum is really growing!
There seem to be so many reasons to invest in PRD. Trinidad, Morocco, Ireland..... I'm a (now much poorer) refugee from CEG, but feel the chances of success are much greater here. GLA
Apologies all - I obvs didn't scroll down far enough!
There's chat on CEG shareholders forum relating to proposal by Predator to undertake an asset swap to "terminate the Inniss-Trinity Well Participation Agreement with FRAM [a subsidiary of CEG] reflecting mutually agreed values for assets to be swapped.."
Source quoted is Malcy. I can't see any official reference to this.
Hey Laallee, how are you? I'm long out of CEG but just looked in as I hold a few PRD.
Im assuming that Shell's and potentially other Western company announcements regarding boycott of Russian oil will not be supported by the Chinese. Perversely, they might benefit from purchasing Russian oil at a cheaper price?

BMN starting to attract real attention
Everyone keeps suggesting we're going to break through the 5p level but it never seems to happen...
Any option holder can exercise right to purchase shares at agreed price at any time. Nothing wrong with that.
.....and no debt.
Funding terms are much better than previous deals. Obviously it’s dependent on production from S2 commencing, that’s a given. As more wells come on stream this trend will continue.
Can’t buy under 9.1 now
Just bought another 20000. 17.6p cheapest , just clicked up a tad.
Thanks Mick, I was thinking more about the benefits to PRD. I’m invested in both.
Later today the outcome of BPC’s latest OO will be known and by opening bell tomorrow the placing for balance of shares on offer. Assuming it’s ok drilling of Saffron 2 on T&T commences on 26th. Does anyone know what if any consequences there are for PRD’s CO2 supply contract?
