SP not AP! Apologies!

There was no good news priced into AP before today's RNS so not surprised that downside is limited, despite the doomsayers predictions. Reading again there is a number of positives, but like everything else in Mongolia, you have to be patient. Keep the faith and they will come!

MK, I share your concerns . Had some form of good news be imminent so close to the AGM it's difficult to believe that the SP would not be edging up.

A 4.4 m sell earlier in the day followed by a 4.425 m buy. Otherwise a lot more buys than sells yesterday.

Once again I have to thank MM for his write up. I don't follow all his tips but along with MKA and AVCT, I'm very happy to be in at 1p.

The late CEG (formerly BPC) always held its AGM at its registered office on the IOM. I used to attend on behalf of a shareholder group and ask their questions and post answers. Got to put some faces to names which is always good. No reason at all why it can be held in Douglas as opposed to Mongolia .

I picked up 200k at 15.43 @3.43p.

Distinct lack of reaction from the market to what is an excellent update.

That's me. I've gradually increased my investment over the years and now hold 5m. I bought because I believe in the company's prospects and MB's ability to deliver. If I didn't believe this I would either not have bought in the first place or would have subsequently sold, perhaps at a loss. I don't understand the mentality of those who are constantly belittling the company and its management. Why do it? Why not sell and find another investment? It's a strange scenario that many "contributors" to this BB appear to want the company to fail. I really don't get it.

Feeling quite relaxed about my small top up at 34.6p this morning. It has raised my average but happy to have a larger holding. This share will be 80p + in 3-4 months.

I read his research on MKA when it was 8p. Very happy I did my own research and decided to invest. Sold 50% at 18p then bought back in the 20's. Very happy with my decision and am very confident with #AVCT, another MM researched share. I have posted previously that I do my own research but very confident in Myles' info.

In fairness, the tanker has been sheltering from gales in Douglas Bay for 3 days. It's docked this morning.

We know that when US listing is confirmed the value of MKA's interest in the new company will be 80p +. That news cannot be far away now, so time to quietly increase, or in my case, sit on my hands and await developments.

So the question now is: Will this delay discussions about farm-in deal, given the political uncertainties following collapse of coalition govt? Thanks for posting Dan, but not the news we were hoping for!

Dan, I used to work at IoM Gov Treasury and the rules you have quoted were introduced following the zero rate company income tax regime. It was soon recognised that companies were retaining profits rather than paying out to shareholders as dividends, hence the easing of restrictions.
