The real problem here is that investors just seem to be shying away until the fog clears as to what the new owners intend to do.
I think this is a seriously good price to enter the fray but it is based on a value judgement and that is not always a safe way to proceed. Time will reveal all. When it happens though many will find I think the train has left the station. At least that is what I hope...

I go out on a Tuesday and meet all my friends (Have not got many) and we all sit around discussing the issues of the day. Last night one of the topics was heat pumps. Four have them already and non are over the moon with them. They say you need larger radiators and the electric costs are high. Five have fitted solar panels and are fairly happy with them. The real expense is cleaning the roof as all are suffering from nesting birds. One had to spend 700 quid. The rest of us (The plebs) have combi's. Mine needs servicing and probably replacement soon. I have as gas hob and electric oven but because I cannot even get a gas engineer to return my calls (And I have tried) I am stuffed. I went to B and M and have bought two il filled radiators for emergencies and as our property is B rated I will not freeze. Where are we going to get all these heat pump engineers. I live in a block of apartments. We manage it ourselves and this year trying to get artisans has been a nightmare. I am looking forward to cold showers and blankets this Winter. Under no circumstances must one not get ill as the GP's have all retired and the ambulance service took 7 1/2 hours to arrive for one elderly resident who had fallen over. His funeral will be in three weeks time. I have lived through some unusual events in my life but this is the the best. No joined up thinking and no rhyme or reason. I owned a haulage company. I am just glad I sold it. If the drivers all get upset like they did once in the 80's the country will last four days before there is pure panic...Bringing in foreign vehicles with belly tanks and cheap road tax and diesel could be enough to rock the boat. Two of my friends have big warehouses and fairly large fleets. They are coining it but say in the new year they are selling up!!

I just cannot get into all the number crunching day in day out. I read all the opinions and look at all the posts and really appreciate them but once I have decided to invest I just go in to day dream mode. I keep looking at of the window like Don Quixote and see windmills. When the sun shines I dream of solar farms or tidal energy and even some days about this as my only oil investment. Rns was a bit disappointing but to be expected. The real test is xmas and I feel fairly confident. A lot more venues have got themselves open now and that helps sales so it back to sleep for another three months.. I have a enough shares but it is a good time to take up a position for those new.
