The first world war lasted 4 years and the second 5. Covid has lasted about two years and the country is in turmoil. Consensus is not a word in the Britsih vocabulary and if in 1944 this attitude had persisted we would now be under the jackboot. I have to say the new virus appears to be less fatal than the previous but it spreads like wildfire. An office get together last week of 22 peaople has resulted in 9 really ill and 3 under the weather. The company is now unable to function.
The oil industry needs customers, the shops need footfall but from what I am witnessing loads are just locking themselves indoors.
This has been a very painfull two weeks for my investments and I am just hoping that Santa stays infection free. I need a rally.
I have had it already so am regaining my fitness after 10 days. Talking rubbish about living with it is ridiculous. Tell that

'Spin' Once more my name is misused. I have my opinions on Enquest but never push them on to others. I make my own mistakes and enjoy my moments of success without singing praises. Trying to predict the future has in the past proved an impossible science. I think there still is a market for North Sea oil. There will be for many years. That is why I remain invested. My renewables are a present though proving much more profitable.

I have been croked up for a week now. Have not done any tests but have been jabbed twice and had a booster. Also had a flu prick and yet am struggling to get out of bed. It is looking like it is going to be a bad Winter. A number of my friends are also unwell. I have avoided all parties. Taken all steps to social distance but there is a limit to what one can do if you have to go on a train or a bus or go to the supermarket. For me the 60p party is cancelled!!

I am hoping that the next update will restore a bit of confidence. At this price it could be a steal but having been burnt as well it takes a lot of nerve to add. For a while I am forced to sit on my hands as the current volitility means I am holding everything. Why sell a good investment to fund a possible bad...
