I assume that dowely is referring to two specific posts that he wrote and posted on the EUA chatboard back in may 2025.

with both of those posts, dowely himself created new threads, and he chose to title them both, “And recovery to 30p starts”. … that would be a rather strange thing to do if he didn’t mean to suggest to others that 30p was achievable —> so I think he is lying at 14:50.
