13:08, EUA did *not* disclose the sale price in its RNS, which is another whopping great big flag.
they waffled on about a “valuation” figure, but a valuation figure doesn’t tell you what someone actually paid. (? or even, whether or not they got the sandpile thrown in as a job lot … but it seems the buyer gets whatever is left in the pot from the tens of millions ‘loaned’ into KK … nice work if you can get it, eh?)
what we do know is what EUA will receive, in roubles, if all goes well for its disposal, which is less than $10m…
.. i.e. much less than the amount of shareholders’ money which the EUA board have been shovelling into WK/KK for years.
… as for MT, in the ground valuations don’t tell you much about the costs to get stuff *above ground, processed and saleable*, let alone the political / fiscal risks etc. … as ever with EUA, they don’t want people to think about costs and risks.
