Ever since GMF and mac effectively abandoned ship, along with most of their avatars, this board is mainly being used for pro-putin and anti-semitic ranting.

Perhaps that’s partly because it’s been such a quiet & low key share on the chatboards like this one, advfn, and with barely a mention on other social media such as telegram and twitter?

you previously posted that you’d been told cloudtag registration had shifted to cayman, as the buyer couldn’t “transact” in st vincent.

but the latest update from amit seems to directly contradict that.

It can be quite daunting when a company disappears that focused on B2B SaaS utilising a proprietary device and algorithms. i don’t hold out much hope.

(? although i suppose it might just be that they haven’t updated the st vncent financial services authority recently? - i mean, the ‘by-laws’ document that amit’s update links to is dated 2019, so that’s only 4-5 years ago; sometimes admin takes a little while…)

Odd really, the idea that “there are shareholders unknown to the company due to the discrepancy arising from a miscalculation by a UK broker….”

? hard to see why a broker’s supposed “miscalculation” should mean that a company doesn’t know who its own shareholders are?

but if it were somehow true, then surely the most obvious solution would simply be to ask that broker to make their “calculation” correctly, now that the error has been spotted?

… which gives me a great idea for hairygrotbox/pikeyk/amit’s next excuse for a delay … how about, “there will now be a short further delay while cloudtag’s lawyers negotiate some compensation from that unnamed but very naughty UK broker who got their sums wrong?”

Amit’s latest little gem on jurisdiction also amusing in relation to phoenix11’s claim on 20/12/23 that cloudtag had changed registration away from st vincent to cayman back on 20/10/22. In interesting fit with 1984’s claim he’d been told re-registered in cayman as the ‘buyer’ couldn’t transact with st vincent … but now amit seems to be claiming it’s stayed in st vincent all along …

1984, you seem to be mistaking an internet chat board for a criminal trial.

me, i don’t know for sure that he’s been selling more shares; as ever with cloudtag, one of the main problems is the pathetic lack of clear information and evidence about what the heck has really been going on ( - not a good look for any putative investment, imv!).

but just in my own opinion, i think it is pretty likely.

(take a look at the changing share numbers on cloudtag’s own website.)

… take a look on the cloudtag website to see how numbers of shares issued has changed over time, and also the share ownership declared by amit …. if those numbers bear any relationship at all to reality (admittedly, debatable, with this company given the history!), clearly shows that a *lot* of extra shares have been issued in recent years, and they have not all gone to amit as freebies.
