Sharebel, you’ve made no attempt at all so far to explain or justify your own claim that EUA has assets of 89p per share. …. ? so how did you reach your figure, bearing in mind that it costs money to extract and process any metals in the ground, and EUA has not revealed what its costs are, and the economic feasibility, or otherwise, of mining out the stuff it claims to have?

The usual pattern on this board (well, over the last year or so) has been for amit to issue an update just as a groundswell of pessimism seems about to take hold on the chatboard, which then (bizarrely) refreshes confidence in his fans for another 2-3 weeks, depending on the content. so if that pattern holds, he should be issuing another update within the next week.

And to be clear, dattasbase didn’t start off this conversation claiming there would be an 89p sale price, he is trying to pretend that EUA has 89p worth of assets per share, despite admitting he does not know what the costs are. …. no wonder EUA BoD doesn’t dare publish the full DFS data!

& of course, once upon a time, there was meant to be an announcement from the DaaP buyer … whatever happened to that, eh?

but this is crucial - without knowing what the extraction costs are, how on earth can you assign any sensible value to the EUA ores in the ground? … 89p, , LOL, based on pixie-dust.

(i have a vast amount of valuable metals beneath my own properties … sadly for me, most of it is bound up in the magma a few miles down, so the extraction costs are not inconsiderable.)

Dattabase, usually when people think about the value of assets held by a mining company, they would take into account what the likely costs are for extraction, processing, distribution etc., including costs of financing, environmental mitigation etc etc.

and usually one would reckon that a tonne graded as “reserve” would have a different value to a tonne designated as a “resource”.

… you don’t seem to doing that … sharebel, dattabase seems to have tried to answer on your behalf, are you also ignoring the costs and the distinctions between different ‘grades’ of metals supposedly in the ground?

You claimed at 08:37 that EUA assets are worth 89p per share, but you still have not explained how you reach that figure — please explain your calculations, and what public domain data sources you use for those calculations.

Trombone, are you hoping that the chatboard can be exclusively reserved for ‘optimistic’ views about cloudtag, irrespective of the realities of the situation? - you seem to be missing the point of having an internet forum for discussing a share.

*if * one believes amit, then the agent has already spent several weeks late last year and this year working on arranging the payments. that supposedly included discovering that a UK broker had made a “miscalculation” about who had which cloudtag shares in what form. and yet it seems in all those many weeks, even HL, the largest of the cloudtag nominee account providers, has had no direct contact whatsoever from either the agent or amit — so how did the agent discover the “miscalculation”??

none of it rings true - there’s no evidence that any agent exists, nor any escrow funds, nor any licence or DaaP deals, nor even that cloudtag ever had anything significant and commercially viable to sell in the first place. jmho.

the key issue is whether people have actually *received cash* from cloudtag. all else is just fluff & never-ending diversion / procrastination … no evidence there’s anything going on other than an occasional email (or phone call to certain pis) at most.

it is absolutely astonishing that any pis continue to fall for cloudtag’s guff, after a zillion broken promises & zero independently verifiable evidence it has ever had anything of real value.

Re 15:51, HL reportedly saying that: “We had received the information following direct contact with the company”, worth noting that even it that’s an accurate report, HL *weren’t* saying that they had been contacted *by the agent*, which is what amit said was meant to happen. — is there any verifiable evidence anywhere yet that any such agent even exists?

Upside, that’s one of the reasons i don’t believe at all that this is about someone else hijacking the website. it’s all just amit, imv.

That’s what i meant previously about hugh ricebrow (not sure i remember the spelling?). he took action to publicly clarify, protect his reputation, and distance himself very clearly from the various cloudtag claims.
