helx trying to pose a false dichotomy; if amit’s deals and promises are indeed genuine, then the money will presumably be distributed very soon anyway, whether or not a SHAG or similar is formed … no benefit to delaying the start-up of a shareholder action group.

(tho’ personally, i think it’s way too late for pis to get anything back — unless, perhaps, they can revisit the “miscommunication” regarding the botched novum placing and the related immediate nomad resignation, and find out which parties were at fault in that particular very costly fiasco).

Helx also appears to operate on the idea that ever more updates = more encouraging. whereas most would think, ever more broken promises = less and less to be relied on.

…. on a separate note, would suggest pis be rather wary of trying to squeeze money from shlomo by actively seeking to ‘darken’ the family name. unlike amit, shlomo has a justifiably very positive and very valuable personal reputation, and i doubt any pis on here have deep enough pockets to defend against a defamation suit from shlomo.

Those results actually looked ok to me. added some, though not huge as wondering what i may be missing here.

seems at present anything associated with china is seen as pure doom loop stuff - can see the rationale for that, but think l/term china gloom perhaps a little overdone. rather resigned though that in short term market is just not in the mood for easy china bounces.

This agent is supposedly being paid an awful lot of money to do absolutely nothing — why is it amit/cloudtag emailing HL, not the agent, given what amit has said in the various previous updates?

(personally i am inclined to believe *both* platypus and dough about receiving contradictory information from HL, which i guess is simply because it’s a very unusual situation for HL and their minions are struggling to get their heads around what’s going on and accordingly getting confused, tho’ i suppose it’s possible that either platypus or doug are not telling the truth.)

JDentist, i think we’ve already heard that from time to time amit [- or, according to some of the wackier theorists, someone impersonating amit, lol - } sends out occasional emails to particular pis or others, and probably also sometimes phones certain pis.

the HL response to platypus sounds like amit’s sent them an email stalling for time, but it doesn’t look like the ‘agent’ has made any contact with HL, nor, most crucially of all, does it seem HL have received any money from cloudtag or the supposed agent.

so there is still no evidence that an agent exists and is doing anything, there is no evidence that there was every any buyer for the ‘DaaP’, etc etc. …. just amit, or his double, knocking out occasional updates on the website, and very occasionally communicating directly to repeat variations on the website waffle.

that would depend in part on whether one believes the truth and accuracy of the material posted up to the cloudtag website, wouldn’t it? - plenty of reasons, imv, to be very, very sceptical about that.

& only very recently phoenix was claiming that he wanted to buy shenner’s shares for 2p each (shenners then gave him an email for phoenix to send his details to & finalise … though i’ve not seen either phoenix or shenners confirm that actually happened.)

so unless phoenix was deliberately lying about his intention to buy shenners’ shares for 2p, that presumably means phoenix would be all too happy to swallow more shares from amit at 1p a pop. other amit fans like 1984 have also recently claimed they want to buy more shares.

and yet, and yet, some of the people who post on here and chat to amit are a long, long way down the rabbit hole and hardly in their right mind anymore — just look at jdentist’s 09:31 post claiming to report a confident perspective from someone termed “one of the biggest PI’s [sic] invested in CTAG.”

… if dentist is telling the truth, that’s presumably someone who could still be tapped up for yet more money, since supposedly they still believe that the quarter billion + payout is still on its way!

Worth noting, the last update from cloudtag doesn’t simply say that they *tried* to contact brokers; it specifically states that “various UK brokers have *already* received notifications from our paying agents.”

[** emphasis added by me, note also this update refers to agents, (i.e. plural) having previously said that there is an agent (singular)]

… he’s left himself a bit of a smokescreen, by not naming specific UK brokers, but for once this is potentially falsifiable statement, since it’s a definite claim about some particular third parties which could potentially be fact-checked by SFO or others … i.e. have any UK brokers been directly contacted by amit’s agents, or not?

— although notice in the meantime how he’s attempted to shift the conversation towards whether any contacts or “notifications” have been made, away from focus on whether **payments* have been completed as had previously been promised.

? i wonder if amit as a large holder of cloudtag shares has received an email from himself, or indeed from his agent?
