Really cant understand todays volumes. Only 400,000 so far. I would have expected a lot more today re case to dismiss. This is tiny compared to the last few days activity.

All stocks are down today on fears of global slowdown. But this still docent explain the near 11% drop this morning. Then yesterday this was one of the few stocks to rise, and that was about 10%. I can't understand it either.

Very odd couple of sells at the end of play. Two entries of 2,772,600 at £1m each, both at exactly the same time. These were sold at 48.52 which didn't seem to effect the price which was back over 53 within seconds. Be very interesting to find out what's going on here.

The volume so far today is 6.7m, way higher than to usual at this time of day which is about 1m. This is the largest volume I've sen in weeks. Is the market feeling confident about the hearing?

So has the hearing to dismiss already been heard? I was expecting October 4th but think I read that the hearing was last Thursday.

I was miffed that I didn't put more in at 53.4 last week but am happy now to top up at 61 as I can see 64 later today/tomorrow. I think this is definitely on the up from now on.

Just heard on Bloomberg that US drug distributers are petitioning a 10 billion dollar settlement of the combined law suits in the US. I guess INDV is included in this. Don't know what this means but drug distributer stocks are currently over 5% down on this news.

There are way more buys than sells today, a ratio of 2-1 as far as I can see. This does suggest a confidence in the results. I for one am quite surprised at this as the decline in SP over previous days suggested poor results and a continued decline. So last nights upturn and this mornings rocket up looks like a old through the day. Close to 40 as I write.

Good rise today and yesterday. Is this sustainable ? Or should I top slice ? Decisions, decisions.......
