Risk..my research was not wrong was it. Be careful of critiquing others research when your own is full of holes. Not sure why you need to tell me how long you’ve been in the stock either, rather irrelevant Anyway let’s leave it there and enjoy the rest of the weekend and see if the vote is passed. Totally agree Fukuro My point wasn’t to argue, simply clarify the company wasn’t valued at £20mil as you have quite rightly researched which is always appreciated and it’s good to share such information for all to benefit. Yes OY is worth more than our mcap, yes it has potential and yes GUN other assests more than underpins the current mcap. That was never the points I was making!

Adamk87, and for clarity I traded down to 0.61, which was indeed clever daily trading. Now why would I spread fear (lol) when clearly I have said in other posts the asset of Oy is worth more than gun current mcap? Lazy research and positing from you as ever as you do on all boards, selecting posting chucks of someone’s history I have simply corrected many poor facts on here so newbies have a balanced view If I’m so wrong, am I wrong that the company doesn’t have a CPR? No 3D? No reserves booked? 10bill barrels is not confirmed via scesmic? And was never valued at 34mil CAD? Don’t see that as “agenda” I see that as fact and sensible investment research. When was this please as I’ve looked through historic charts and can’t see it ever reaching £20mil or 34.3mil CAD (Genuine question)

You have to ask why Oy was valued at just over 1.4mil CAD if it’s such a great prospect Take GUN 30% of what the market valued the asset at gives 420 CAD on very simple market maths Hence the £250k owed is then in proportion to the value of the asset hence why it was likely collateral on default. No company would put a multi million pound company as collateral on such a relative small loan vs assets value

EyeGuy don’t doubt it but these were cores, not drills, and they have no 3D, it’s a very basic stage of exploration I agree with others it’s certainly worth more than our mcap but let’s just not all believe it’s a lucrative oil field as this stage, as we simply do not have the detail. It will need some serious money spent on CPR, CPI, seismic data before any of us can conclude this is a very big prospect. It will likely require hundreds of millions of dollars to get to a full CPR and drilling programme from where they are now That’s not saying it can’t be done, but this is probably better spending some money to further explore then selling on But don’t count chickens before hatched

Let’s just all be mindful we don’t know if there is 10 billion barrels. Oyster have no CPR this no 1P, 2P or 3P reserves declared. It could be 1 barrel it could be 10 billion but it is currently anyone’s guess. Oyster have a field but there is a lot of work to do to firm up any numbers and I wouldn’t be 100% on the vote It maybe shareholders vote against, on the hope that if they vote yes the assets are 100% gone, if they vote no they still have nothing to lose but may stand a very slim chance (and I mean very slim), but you have to ask yourself if you were in their boat what do you have to lose by voting against given the other option is pretty much the same, might as well vote no and just hope as yes guarantees your fate We will see Monday no doubt GLA
