EyeGuy you do know that just because we have traded so many shares the chances are they aren’t all placing shares....most will be PIs fecked off and selling out. Hence the price is not going anywhere You can try ramp the share all you like, and spin positives but end of the day, we’ve been bent over and Leroy has rogered us good and proper If this goes anywhere near mid 0.040s today I will be totally amazed. It will come down to the following imo; - who are the II and PIs buying up the placing - TR1s clearly expected - how much has been flipped already last week - are any of the participants holding for a period - wtf to gun expect to do with £500k. This is the issue EyeGuy no one knows. The bod needs to come out with a bloody plan not just cap in hand for £500k!!! At 0.037!!!!! Can’t trust the bod, simple and then they have the cheek to say it’s a good deal for shareholders at tyt price! They didn’t need to issue the raise today. This could have been done next week at a better rate. But no doubt mates were promised There was no urgency to raise imo, not for OY anyway!

MadChatter as I have said in previous posts, I have fully read the RNS, but it is the manner in which this has been done is my issue, which is no doubt why many have sold out due to a clear disinterest between bod and PIs Proof will be in the pudding over the coming months and what is done with the £500k for the assets. The issue I have isn’t the asset, it’s the bod. It’s the manner in which they carried out the raise which smacks in the face of PIs and shows their true colors imo. There is no reason they could not have announced the OY acquisition, allow a rise, raise above 0.050p at circa 10% discount, and allow an open offer. But they opted to shaft PIs and allow mates to load up. Stinks I invest in a bod with integrity, and it’s shown GUN has minimal

600, i disagree, the outcome of the vote is clear price sensitive information to GUN and in direct relation to the loan against OY under the control now of gun actions Imo gun can issue an rns as soon as voting is completed and counted If not OY could in theory hold results for days/weeks and in your argument gun would not be able to notify the market even though outcome of votes would be known. This would cause gun to be withholding price sensitive news to its own shareholders
