Kabba. I would expect no more from an inexperienced investor. Normally you can spot them as when someone posts factual posts with logic, these people can’t actually debate due to a lack of knowledge so they normally use the classic “are you holding”, “have you sold”....you know, the usual classics

People were happy to pay around 0.08 for this late last week. The only thing that's changed is now we do have 30% of the asset, confirmed + a pile of cash. Why would you sell? Kabba 30% of an asset which needs in excess of probably $200 mil spent on it. This is Exploration. We have 30% of jack shite at this stage which equals....jack shite. The asset has minimal value at this stage until proved up

EyeGuy. Where have I said it’s a “poor block”? I have simply said there is nowhere close to enough detail for people to spout potential 10bill barrels likes it’s been proved or CPRd. It hasn’t and will need multi millions spent. It’s simply a guess at this stage. I will believe the supposed numbers when I see a CPR not a small bit of basic mapping and a few cores. Been there bought the T-shirt. As for reason I bought, it’s clear. I believed in the assets and the company had a plan with OY. As it turns out we appear to have an underhand bod, which is the real reason I will be out. You have to invest in a share with a trustworthy bod. This we do not have so I have no faith they will be looking after our interests What are we doing with £500k and sounds like we have licensing issues which will take months/years to potentially resolve depending on extent. I would Imagine this is what the money is for. As I said last week, it could have been a bad assets in terms of cost outlay so you end up with a liability, which may be the case here (I say “may” and is solely my view). And to have the cheek to say it saved significant shareholder dilution! Lolls

Fact is it’s all pie in the sky, based on loose mapping, small 2D and a couple of brief cores. I won’t be staking my investment on the so called 10 bill barrels. You can’t believe that number unless it is substantiated by a CPR which isn’t not. Ask why Neil Sold with a supposed mega asset coming. I will eat my hat if we ever see progress with Madagascar it will be the one that was never talked about again imo. £500k hardly covers some loose mapping again let alone a CPR. The fact the RNS refers to the license means there is clearly issues to resolve on licensing, so do we even have a license to drill! £500k no detail, no plan, dishonesty bod. Simple We clue easily own a small % of a poor block. Simply nowhere near enough detail to claim 10 billion barrels, even if its branded as potential

It also says “pence per share with certain institutional and private investors” ie private investors being mates! Not third party investors. This was a legal way of saying my mates bought a few Institutional will come out via a TR1. If it doesn’t then i assume when they didn’t think it’s worth buying bar a quick flip under the threshold

EyeGuy how can you keep spinning this. Are you not well and truly feeling shat on by the bod? Are you not asking/wondering as I am at today’s events? Yoshie, soon as I can get out I will be! Nothing to do with the asset, no longer have any trust in the bod and that’s a big part of how invest. I’m sure if I sit long enough I may have the option to get out in a few weeks, but locked in for now with not a clue what shareholding we have in OY, what £500k is actually going to do, or what GUN intend to with the asset. Quick enough to shaft PIs for their mates yet you can bet they will be very slow in announcing how the money will be spent. Salaries and jolly’s no doubt Should have sold as soon as Neil did in hindsight, was so obvious looking back now

Fact is no need to raise today at 0.037, off the back of acquiring OY. Simple Planned weeks ago letting mates in/out. How anyone can spin this to a positive for the bod is very naive of how aim works IMO Not even the guts to give detail on what £500k will be used for bar sketchy “investments”. Acquire OY, allow SP to rise and then raise. There was no desperation for funds now and if there was they could have run an accelerated book build or offered open offer to LOYAL PIs. But no. Absolutely no need for it. Yes you could argue if the vote was against they hedged their bets, but this raise was for OY, so therefore if the vote was no, the raise wouldn’t be required imo. Also the placing would have been done a couple Of weeks ago so 0.037 was done and dusted anyway, they have released both today to try and give some lube with the big rogering, rather than just a rogering.
