Erazzel I agree totally, but there is no way and senior debt would or institutions would lend with what is going on to that level, where would their security be at the present time? Not happening imo, added to which I would imagine if you were that close you’d wait and announce transaction complete for sake of a week or two. You may find this court case is part of their dd which needs resolving. Honestly can’t see anyone lending $60mil right now when they might not even have the assets!

Erazzel I can’t see how the NY can be in place since they were still at DD stage 2 weeks ago when announced for $60mil, not small change. Imo the NY funding can not be relied upon and is likely subject to resolution of hope/OMF rather than “to assist”. Just my opinion and reading emails et al on the case posted the weekend

Injunction lifted in Jan followed by delist. The director duties legal wrangle will go nowhere. I'd like to know who sold 800m odd shares during the past 3 months. Strange timing. I can’t see the $60mil happening now, they have dd to go through still and would you be happy lending at the minute with the cluster **** going on? Nope not me. As I’ve said before we gained and extension for a reason, whatever that may be, judges don’t grant extensions on a whim unless they have legal grounds to do so. Something else is coming from Hope imo, as if it wasn’t material, the judge would have said sorry pal missed the boat, the fact he gave the extension means something is happening, personally I think he may have an ace he’s about to show, but by god I hope not, I really do, but judges don’t grant extensions without cause. Some may say it’s to broker an OOC settlement but for this the judge wouldn’t, imo, grant Hope the extension, it would be a different route they would go ie adjournment

I think with all the chat we are forgetting the legal situation. We have defaulted and have no money, can’t raise and the NY term sheet is still under DD. The rest is just noise imo. Facts are there, regardless of BP, term sheet, something bigger going on. Just need to look at the evidence and as painful as it is to say, I’m sticking with what we know at this stage the judge has, and nomad out, doesn’t bode well. Can’t run before you can walk now, everything else is shit if we can’t jump the first hurdle of the court case

Aussie you could argue zaza should have sorted this months ago. I’m sorry but my faith has gone as has most, maybe because it’s all a bit raw still, however you can not condone zaza or the bod for this and for it being held

The NY term sheet needs more DD and that won’t be done and dusted in time to pay hope imo, it’s been left far too late is my thinking.

Aubree, I can see both sides, but taking on board most people’s views, I don’t really see much of a way out. Any form of funding is now likely too little too late, I can’t see much of a way out now they are tied in court battles and time lines. I have lost all confidence and trust in this bod I’m afraid and I personally have resigned myself to losing the lot. I will switch off and hope santa brings me a good present and if they do manage to keep the lights on at FRR it’s a bonus. Rather be that way as the odds are, from what I can see, stacked against us
