Mjones your wasting your time sadly with many now on this board, since the poor news most with a differing view, opinion or thought process (even if they are simply throwing thoughts out for discussion in an attempt to proactively discuss and make sense of it via other posters views), are sadly kicked off the board, and abused in a matter of minutes. I was victim to it yesterday. People are still very raw which is totally understandable but there seems to have been a loss of respect accross what was, a very good board, a week ago. Better to keep your mouth shut sadly which goes against the spirit of a “discussion board”. Switch off, check in every now and then and let the dust settle is my advise.

Noloss, sometimes it’s just as simple as breach of a legal agreement and the consequences that go with it. Intentional or not, zaza and us may have to pay the price. What they have to lose isn’t always a factor here

@fibber. It’s reality and to be frank I’m rather ****ed with the company right now, and I can’t sugar coat it pretending it’s all going to ok. I hold over 4mil accross isa and SIPP so i am sure I am on the shareholders side but this nomad announcement is yet another “let’s give half a story”. Apart from zaza who was one of the likely ones dumping the 5,10,15 mil share chunks since October. No PIs hold that amount, maybe outrider as some say but it also wouldn’t surprise me if certain people were getting rid. Either way I am sure zaza has made his money off is over the years, he won’t walk away poor that’s for sure, not like many of us

In many of the construction legal disputes I’ve been involved with in my own company we always issue proceedings or notices Christmas (often Christmas Eve!), as to strengthen our hand given they lose a number of days/weeks over Christmas which still count as “days” even though technically bank holidays. Likely same game being played imo

Can someone genuinely enlighten me as to why anyone would issue $60mil (yes $60mil!!!) to a company currently in a cluster **** of a court case? I would be utterly amazed if any institution got involved with frr at this stage or put themselves into a position where they become entailed in it all. I am sure they aren’t cash converters, it’s far too much of a risk

Nolosstillsell, exactly that’s what I’ve been saying all day ;) not sure if you’ve misunderstood me, I feel there was a legal reason for the extension as they aren’t granted lightly, normally it’s a material peice of evidence that is fundemental to one parties case that isn’t quite ready and normally agreed in chambers between the retrospective legals teams
