As thought The main addition to the Bond Representative Proposal in comparison to the Company's Proposal, is an additional sum of $3.5M to be injected to the Company (the "Additional Sum"), which may be provided in one of the following methods or a combination thereof: · Against issuance of Series A debentures to the key shareholders (holding ~55% of the outstanding share capital of the Company), so that their total participation will equal $13.5M; · Reduction in the cash amount to be paid to Rainmaker Investments GmbH ("Rainmaker"), the minority shareholders in Team Internet AG ("Team Internet"), for the remaining balance of their holdings in Team Internet, so that the difference between $10M to $13.5M, i.e. $3.5M, will be paid by way of issuing Series A bonds to Rainmaker. · The aforesaid additional cash difference will be used to advance a partial repayment to the bondholders.

Struggling to see why TA was down on that news today if we are all indeed correct Maybe we will have a bit more meat on the bones here in London. I sincerely hope they don’t cancel Tuesday meetings which could have been what spooked TA. Maybe the RNS tomorrow will indeed delay the meeting but given LOS expire Thursday I hope this isn’t the case

Maybe why TA was slightly down and we may get news tomorrow then agreement Wednesday? Still feel postive here but letters of support expire Thursday so resolution needed Tuesday We assume Tuesday meeting still ahead?

When you translate the html version of the news, it shows it as the voting form, and a table The 99.2% appears in the column voting against! Now I’m even more confused!

I believe if RM where to buy Ti it’s something like a 40% discount to market value? Anyone clarify? This could fook us given sale wouldn’t cover liabilities but I maybe wrong
