1stTee I agree of course but if we can’t make money from 90% of profits another 10% isn’t going to be much help if we’ve run up $61mil of debt based on 90% of Ti, and remain loss making 10% won’t imo, suddenly start adding substantial revenue streams to eat into that debt This is why they are looking to quickly sell Ti, it which most of any sale will have to pay the debts off, then we end up with no assets

We own 90% of Ti, $61mil in debt, valued at 7p a share This is a genuine question, what is another 10% of Ti going to add, when with 90% owned we are $61mil in debt? It’s debatable what owning the other 10% will offer, plus the dilution and still having a huge debt sheet If we can’t make the business work with 90% of Ti it maybe be debatable if we can with 100% Yes, other factors to consider but I’m not convinced another 10% will make a huge difference

Guess we will find out soon enough. Up bright and early watching for a 7am red dot
