Yes agree but let’s not forget it’s a renewal of a license we already have, not a new one. I don’t believe full California bill will be passed until end of the year but I’m not sure there is a fixed date

It’s only another renewal today as it was back in November. It’s not the big law change in California which Webis are waiting for. Tbh I see the same as last time, fake spike and back down.
