MD “I’ve got a better idea” CEO “what’s that you say, a better idea than now proving our DD and happy with this little old BPC” MD “yeah boss, what we do is, we terminate the NDA, for, say, 6-8 months, we give all our competitors time to also take a look at the data as we know one other party was/is already interested too along with us, then we buy it” CEO “yeah cracking mate, tell you what let’s rip up the NDA even though we have done our DD and it’s spot on, and we will come back if no one else has bought it, wait and maybe get it for £40mil” Jesus lol.
