Poochu nobody really knows but Bella has worked on a formula that has been pretty close to real figures over the last 2 years , I believe it works out about £3.22 comes to our bottom line for each packet sold .

In my opinion much more likely to make a bid for pxs than by- health , they have bought many small companies in the past so it’s part of their format , trouble is with them at these levels it could be a cheap buyout imo.

So £106000 for 7 months trading , that just about covers IF s salary with 5 months of year left , will be interesting to see what DSM give us this year ,they had great first 9 months ,on their website yesterday !

Gixer I’m afraid this company and the Bod have never been open about what is going on , might be something to do with the farce that happened 10 years ago when the sp rose to over 20p briefly , many people lost huge amounts of money ,and I believe the bod had a warning from the FSA . Unfortunately we are paying the price for that debacle . As a contrast take a look at opti another aim company who had H1 revenue of £150k and is valued over £50m and has been as high as £130m , the difference is the Bod communicate with shareholders giving forecast for the next couple of years ,they are in a very similar industry as pxs a health ingredient .As I have said before their hands are tied ,but it makes for a very frustrating time for loyal shareholders .

Speed of Health Food Registration Approval is Rapidly Increasing

With the implementation of the Administrative Measures on Health Food Registration and Filing, the approval of health food registration products was almost stagnant in China. In the whole year of 2018, only 10 products were approved for registration. The new changes in health food registration policy and China’s state institutional reforms are the key reasons for the significant decrease.

Since 2019, the approval of registered products has increased greatly compared with 2018. As of October 22, a total of 668 products were approved in terms of new product registration (181 products), registration renewal (414 products), registration alteration (55 products) and technology transfer (18 products), as shown in the figure 1 below.

Overall, comparing to 2018, China's health food registration approval work has been steadily carried out in this year, and the number of products backlogged in the technical review stage is decreasing. It is expected that more products will get the registration approval in succession.

In order to regulate the registration and filing of health foods, the Administrative Measures on Health Food Registration and Filing came into force on 1 July 2016.

At the beginning of 2018, State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) approved three health food registration products from three companies. This is the first batch of health food registration products after the implementation of the regulation. At the end of 2018, seven health food registration products were approved.

Since 2019, the number of registration products is significantly higher than that of 2018. Up to September 2019, 12 batches of 153 health foods have obtained health food registration approval. In order to give enterprises better understanding of the registration status, CIRS has made a detailed analysis on the registered products.
