I find it very reassuring the last Rns contains 3 mentions of huge future income , I’m sure we have all got used to the ambiguous nature of past statements ,lots of if’s ,possible’s ,expects etc but this one is different all depending on the blue cap approval which I don’t see as a problem , as a afterthought I have found out that a blue hat approval cost around $ 180,000 to achieve ,so no worries about commitment from By-health

Slightly different wording in this paragrapth . “ If a successful blue cap health claim is achieved for Fruitflow it would currently be expected to result in some significant orders for Fruitflow, potentially at a multiple of current total sales values.”. The total sales must include Dsm’s Portion of the AA agreement !

Wellsite because perhaps By health will be getting the lions share of the deal , I don’t know what deal DSM and By health have between them ,you can be sure pxs will be the junior partner

I think the animal studies might be driven by DSM who are huge in farm animal feeds .

Reece go and look at opti another aim company making losses of £2 m yet has a market cap of £70 m , today’s news is very exciting for genuine holders and marks the start of the transformative process .

I think the £55k is for research into ff+ nitrates , expect many more payments for other projects imo

And of course as the Bod have told us the EFSA approval was thrown in to give the claim more Gravitas , I would have thought that would push things along quicker .

The Samr approval would be massive for pxs ,very few companies achieve it but with By-Health we have a champion in the Chinese market they already have 72 products approved the second highest among all companies including USA companies ,on the downside it does take a long time to get approval between 2 and 3 years ,i’m Not sure how far along that road we are with ff , but they’ve Gone for the most difficult and expensive way to get to market ,luckily by health are picking up the tab ,and in the end it won’t be difficult to sell in the Chinese market . Probably hopping to announce the collaboration agreement details but ran out of time , expect those details soon

They were it seems waiting for the agreement with By health to be signed , it looks like that will be signed in the next few weeks (near future) , the fund raising will be limited so I am not worried about that , I like the ‘transformative ‘ statement which is a first I believe for this board .

The trouble is that DSM have their own agenda concerning ff imo , I think they have contrived a situation over the last couple of years which has seen the pxs sp surpressed to the extent where an offer for the company well below the massive potential of ff being seen as attractive to some of the major holders . If you take the 143m that the Lucas family own , 143 m that DSM own ,the bod own a few percent of the company they could push through a cheap buyout . This is of course all imho

I think it is pretty obvious that the company are waiting for some news or they would have released update at the end o f June ,what that news is who knows ! myself I would think the Samr approval is due if not overdue , possible launch of products into China or MOu signing and the need for new funds , or maybe something else ,everyone is guessing at this stage

Wheelds you must have about 30 million of these by now unless of course you have been selling as well , good luck to you and all genuine holders
