Hi Bonker. The traders standing for delivery as opposed to cash settlement has exposed the COMEX Achilles heel. This allows buyers a chance to buy at a discount due to the controlled paper market. These purchases have been building for some time but now have accelerated to an unprecedented and totally unsustainable level. We are witnessing the end of the PMs manipulation and the rise in the POG is due to this as opposed to inflation. The rise will see true profits for physical gold holders. ATB Speedy

Hi Maltster. I only use ETFs for short term (days) trading. When the rerate happens I suspect it will be over the weekend and on opening you will be locked out and at worst lose you funds or get paid out on Friday closing prices.

Hi Droverman. 12 moths ago when POG was 2000/oz I suggested 3000/oz year end, it nearly made it reaching 2800. There is a very good possibility that 3000 could be achieved next week.

You mentioned “gold price rerate” I think it has already started and will accelerate to a price that will be unreasonable to price in USA dollars, maybe compare it to oil or Unit of energy. The dollar and all fiat is toast.

A gold standard will come when China wants it and declares the 40000tons of gold I suspect it holds

A collapse in stock markets? There will always be winners and losers. Just a matter of picking the right one.

The LBMA/COMEX is already out of physical gold due to traders standing for delivery of physical as opposed to dollar settlement. The paper market has shot itself in the head by suppressing the price and allowing China, Russia, India etc to fill their vaults with discounted gold. Folks here should of done the same.

The sooner central/criminal banks go bust the better, creating credit out of thin air and then charging you to use it. Have you checked the rate on your credit cards or overdraft recently.

Hi Avocet. When the SP was in the 20s a few posters said 12p incoming and were laughed at. Now we are at 6p and you say3p incoming. Anything is possible with this share so 3p is not impossible, just highly unlikely. I would expect demand to prevent 3p from ever happening. ATB Speedy

Hi Rotherby. The POG is dependent on several events. Gold does not increase in value due to currency debasement, it just takes more fiat to buy the gold this type of "rise" will affect AISC. Another driver is the well documented manipulation. The manipulators are losing the power to dictate prices as the paper market is being overrun by physical purchases, as they gradually give up the POG will rise even more and this rise will not effect AISC. The other driver is demand, this is increasing but still relatively small compared to other financial assets. Once investors get on board the demand will push the POG to a level that most folks today deem impossible. This type of rise does not increase AISC.

Overall the value of our asset will rise dramatically whilst AISC will only rise in line with currency debasement (inflation) and that will be offset as described above.

The profit margins for well run PMs mines are going to be huge. ATB Speedy

Hi Southern comfort. You should of attended one of the meets and videoed the presentation given by Bamps and then shown it to the market. The profitability at Telfer is headed for a long extension, possibly as much as 20 years. The more the POG rises the more ozs become profitable to mine. Once SD releases the news about Telfer and its profitability the market will sit up and listen. Add to that the jewel in the crown Hav and the possible influx of processing our new finds and from other miners, in the meantime we will have to put up with the pessimism. ATB Speedy

Hi All. A very disappointing end to the week, but it is important to keep your eye on the prize.

Gold (our main asset) is heading in the right direction. My $3k/oz call at the beginning of the year ($2k/oz) was thwarted by the surge in crypto but still managed a $800/oz (at the high) gain and 2025 will see the POG break £3k/oz and beyond as the world wakes up to the problems of debt and currency debasement.

The profit margins are huge for well managed miners and we will be producing massive FCF with very little debt. Let the market have its fun and watch the journey unfold. ATB Speedy

Hi All. The bull in the PMs space is still alive and kicking. Most pm funds and miners are rebounding this afternoon. It can not be too much longer to wait for GGP to follow suit. Why we are lingering in the 5s is puzzling and cannot be explained away by normal market action. The PM space never ceases to amaze. All we can do is hold on for the eventual value to show in the SP.
