ETFs seeing massive inflows

Political weaklings making all the wrong moves

Xi wants Asia. Putin wants Europe. Trump wants all the Americas

The list is endless and I fail to see one single factor that could end this bull. The world is changing fast and commodities of all description will be in greater demand. The nations holding those commodities will demand gold in exchange.

Hi All. The race up to 5500/oz has not yet been confirmed. With the low of the day below 4500/oz telling me some profit taking has taken place.

China still leads the way with big ETF inflows and their central bank being buyers for the past few mths, but a softening in the jewellery market.

The run up to 5500/oz will be short and sharp once this phase is over and investors see below 5k as a good entry point.

Best not to get too carried away with the outlandish predictions of late but a doubling of the POG in the next 2 or 3 years is almost guaranteed as the financial position worsens. ATB Speedy

Where this will end up is anyones guess. It all depends on how low the USAdollar falls. If hyperinflation hits, the sky is the limit and it makes no sense to value gold in dollars. Also gold v oil is too volatile. It goes back to that old data point “how much gold needed to buys suit from the Row” ATB Speedy
