Hi All. Just after the leak and RNS i posted that this is just traders spreading a rumour and trading on the short side for a bit of profit. Nail on head springs to mind. 20mill shares added to the short list and we fall 2p. Not sure how much lower they can force this but the "dark side" posters on here are having a right scream at our expense. They have tried everything from rubbishing SD, spreading fear about the JV being reneged on, putting Hav on hold, discounted raise, the list goes on and on and on.

I suggest all investors here ignore the current SP and concentrate on the things that matter. ATB Speedy

The PMs market is bending under the strains of bad decisions by the FED and the short banks. They are now in a really bad position that can only be resolved by a default or accepting massive losses. The market says gold is headed much higher so the banks must act soon and square their positions or incur higher losses. Most central banks around the world are stocking up on gold whilst the FED sits on what is reported as over 8000 tons (unaudited) The world is headed for a new currency backed (or partly backed) by gold. For the USA to hold its current position in the world order it must reset the POG to levels that SD would describe as eye watering. For holders of physical gold this is a massive bonus but if you hold paper gold (ETFs) you will be locked out prior to the rerate and settled in cash. ATB Speedy

Hi All. The workforce at Telfer is worth more than the plant. It would take time and a monumental effort and massive Capex to build a new plant. Take on Telfer if we have to but i for one am happy with the 10% deal. The whole logistics will change if/when a new jumbo is found. ATB Speedy

Hi All. £1 SP? 6mill ozs (30% of 20mill ozs) @ $2000/oz profit ($2500/oz AISC @$500) = $12billion over life of mine (say 20 years) is $600mill/yr profit, before tax. These figs are very loose but it does give you an idea of the profitability of Hav. If someone would care to do a more detailed analysis please feel free. ATB Speedy

Hi kevin. I disagree with your statement that the SP will not multi bag from here and i am not delusional as you say i am. I also disagree with your preference for debt over dilution to raise funds. Once accretive dilution is done its done whereas debt lingers and can get out of our control. I also know some MDs running multi billion £ Cos and some are so stupid i wonder how they made it, luck? Hi All. I have bought back the stock and requested a reimbursement of the trading costs and the bid offer spread from HL. I will keep you informed of their decision but do not hold your breath. Hi All. Just sold some GGP in my SIPP (only £4100 tax reasons) and tried to send funds to my ISA only to be informed the funds will not be available until 29th May. Talk about take the pssi. Hi All. The problem is that most (including me) are not educated in high business matters. Top hat Cos, the benefits of dual listing, strategy, M and A, Co law, efficient structure the list goes on. This allows the low life to spread doubt by pretending to be experts and highlighting so called pitfalls in SDs leadership. I am convinced of SDs genuine desire to see all investors in GGP succeed. If you have questions to ask come to the next town hall meet and put your point across, he will answer with truth and openness to such an extent not often seen . ATB Speedy
