Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Si. Do you recall, In the early days of JW's reign he would continually promote/emphasize working toward "shareholder holder"! How many times has he mentioned that lately?
Now he says, "I have no control over the SP".
Looking at that graph and the timing of the placings, I find that hard to believe.
Somebody HAS control over the SP!
If I stated that yesterdays rather astronomic (by recent Harl standards) SP rise was nothing more than Mm's up to their normal AIM market casino tricks? Seen this in other AIM shares. Why does this not happen on any main indices? IMHO this is city insiders playing with honest hard working simple folk and their investments
Was anyone expecting this rise? Can anyone explain it? Much chat about Ben Wallace and JW comments but, really, that's nothing new. NO concrete justification has been provided by the company, but suddenly.....poof....18%....wow!
This share is once again defying the laws of gravity.
Anyone stating they know what is going on is just hoping they don't lose any more money.
This share is being "worked", don't know by who, or for what end, but whether it's the MM's, a shorter or another entity working toward an eventual bargain priced take-over.........there is something going on.
I'm out, you all know it, though I still keep an interest..............maybe out of morbid curiosity.
My comments are not any attempt to deramp so please spare me your put down replies.
I'm curious why nobody has questioned the rise?
Wonder where we'll be next weekend......15+ or below -10?
I wonder how many truely believe it will be the latter?
Hiring a number of buyers must be preparation for something large ahead.

Seems like the company is struggling to recruit after the recent pay/union fiasco? Let's hope targets don't start slipping now........

Chitta123. Regarding your suggestion and I've mentioned this twice before, I note in the presentation, after JW said he cannot affect the SP nobody asked (or he omitted to answer) why the BOD are not investing their own money NOW?
Avyererdowt. Your right, I was wrong but couldn't resist one last poke at someone who constantly bad mouths the company while they are STILL invested. Like many other things here it just doesn't make sense. Apologies to all including BP
BP. 2 months till you sell up and move on......yippee ya yeah......m........r!
Xenor. This board received many good comments over recent years for its civility and comraderie - not so much since JWs famous bonuses. Aim is a casino. Some are very lucky to invest at just the right time, most are not. I wish you the best of luck with your investment.
Si, venting definitely eases the pain. Thanks for your support. If I'm ever near Appledore I'll look you up and buy you a drink. Cheers sport!
Xenor. If you have issues with my posts your going to love Blairpeach and Consuela!
For those who missed yesterdays investor presentation:

Xenor. I've been honest and respectful.........good luck with your investment.
Xenor. It certainly wasn't a genius idea to sell in the 13's but better than selling today!
The deception of the BOD, AIM market combined with the continual stress and frustration of my investment - after 5 years it was time to give up. I have accepted my loss and feel much happier to be out. My dreamed of pot of gold will be yours I guess!

One other thing. You should check the company history when it was originally named Infastrata (INFA). That was when JW took over the helm. He changed the name to HARL after purchasing the first shipyard. Many LTH's suspected it was to hide the previous company history.....like this. Notice the proposed milestones especially the one for Islandmaggee FID expected H1 2020!

Xenor. You remind me of myself 5 years ago. I recall, some time prior to the consolidation, JW specifically telling the shareholders that "he anticipated" the SP could reach 11p (when the share issue was approx.250m)
It was a giant porkie pie but managed to hook a lot of people like you and I. You're new here but hopefully if you DYOR, dig back far enough you'll see the BOD do not command the trust of older shareholders anymore. The question you must ask yourself is why?
Coincidence or just poor formatting.............you just never can tell when the BOD has spent shareholders trust.
Takeover Code
The Company is subject to the UK City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

Xenor. I don't wish you nor anybody else and ill feeling. If some run a mile away from this investment it will probably save them a lot of money - just ask EVERY LTH that still is tied to their paperloss. DYOR. How much are you down? Good luck with your investment.
Greetings Jabido. This management, their false promises, delayed deadlines, excessive remuneration and deceptions resulted in my £25k loss. I'm simply trying to help other potential and new investors to avoid losing their pants. How much are you down? Good luck with your investment. Did you study tonight's investor presentation pdf? The Islandmaggee bullet points were most illuminating - a pity the bod never mentioned them when they took over??
Still the same sales formula as before, jam tomorrow......but now the jars are much bigger and returns years to go. The company just revealed their version of shareholder value which seems alien to most actual shareholders IMHO.
The bod has previous form on this. It's one of several facts that has decimated the SP and many "shareholders value" and continues still. Very similar trading patterns were evident prior to the last placing.
Xenor. There is a mischievous game in play here, and has been for many months, the endgame yet to be revealed. Lombard and Spreadex both bought in at a considerably higher SP so why would they be selling at such a loss? Last time I checked, they're both money making operations! It doesn't make sense.
