Lol.....you guys focusing on my accounting error and not the massive losses LAST year. I wonder how much larger this year? Good luck with all your punts......
Broomtree. Sorry if you can't appreciate some dry wit. I don't have any woes that you need to worry about, but thanks for your concern. You can always filter me if you'd rather ignore my recounts of this Bods history. You give me too much credit if you think my comments affect the SP!
Stokey. Perhaps you should consider applying for one or both of the new vacancies. I'm very confident you'd do a better job!
The mess may be because the Chief of Marketing and Communications has left also! Let's hope no more follow 'jumping ship'.........oops, barge!
He averaged 7.5 years at his previous 4 jobs - obviously a serious and dedicated individual. Must have been something he didn't like about Harls direction.....or his ability to change it?
Many of these accounting scandals were a result of the excessive greed of a few individuals whose actions led to disastrous consequences which brought down whole companies and affected millions of people.
DYOR folks.........
The Dog farter. It seems I'm not the only 'bad investor'?

Jabido. I hope you are well. Sorry if my posts upset you but my best answer to you is to agree 100% with Hebridean's 21.28 post. It's not me nor Spud that are trashing the SP. If I had that much influence I'd have bagged my 60p breakeven and flown off to a sunny beach somewhere! Yes i did confront previous posters through the years, but they were clearly not invested (INFA nimby protestors and other crackpots), and had never been. I'm not a ramper, nor a deramper. I'm just a previous LTH feeling cheated by a deceptive BOD and trying to provide an insight that nobody provided new shareholders in the early days of JW's 'leadership'. Perhaps they'll have a better chance of avoiding the losses many others here have experienced, yourself included? Strangely, life has become so much less stressful since selling out with a £30k loss. Perhaps because I no longer have to question why a company, with such great prospects promising a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, never seems get the loyal following it deserves. Perhaps JW has much in common with his previous best buddy Boris J - people just stop believing him and move on.....or just don't trust him enough to invest institutional money. I don't know, and frankly I don't care. But I hope one day there will be justice for all the shareholders that were 'tricked to invest' here...........
Sincerely good luck with all your investments. Go well my friend.
769 core employees at year end 2022 and apprentices at 64..............and not one person to make sure shareholders concerns are answered. JW's priorities looking after his shareholders are in place as usual!
Broomtree. FYI when folks here, that you seem to object to, offer their very valid and factual input, it is because they experienced it before. When the SP is getting hammered it is JWs modus operandi to keep the greens of new investors flowing in, not out.
If I was clever and suspected foul play I would check post history......if I was clever!
Nor
Let's not forget the Triumph debacle, not all those underpaid welders at Arnish......
Spud. It's been very clear to me there have always been paid rampers/supporters here. Who pays them? That's the question.....
Kaeran. Before JW decided to 'diversify', without any shareholder consultation, most shareholders believed in the Islandmagee project and potential returns. Though most holders had paper losses they were willing to continue supporting the gas storage project - not the devaluation into JWs vanity projects. That route would not have justified the excessive bonuses and present salaries of the bod. So everytime JW mentions shareholder value, I cringe with anger similar to a pick pocketing experience.
Kaeran. If I was JW I would have respected the majority of LTH's of a gas storage project company. Losses at that time were large but not the astronomical levels of today. This company is all about JWs singular ambitions to line his pockets........definitely not what the shareholders!
Chrisatrdg. In my previous years of investment I never attended any AGM. I would not be wasting any more funds on behalf of JW and co.
Bubble. I accepted my loss with humility and have moved on, as you say. What I don't accept is the constant false promises and deception of the bod, pretending to deliver shareholder value while only handsomely lining their own pockets! I won't be paying any more attention to bubbles as they are full of hot air!
Chris and Kaeran. Jam is cheap. £70m loss and SP in the 9's and approaching all time lows is not!
Caravan. I feel your pain. I was there before losing faith in this bod and selling out with a sizeable loss.
