Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
I do love it when you talk dirty
WhatShares, no one is going to ask you how many shares you hold
Without news it would need a trampoline !
ScamCap, "It seems like a dangerous game to the initial oculus purchasers to drip feed content through, as they may get bored with the app and never use it again." Very true, I'm sick of continually going back to the app to look for new content, I don't know what they're playing at.
Sean12345, "The AEG event was a "partnered" event including MelodyVR", is this fact or just an assumption ?
News is required to stop the sp falling further, but I doubt that will happen until the AGM and that's still a couple of weeks away.
As there has recently been no news, or progress updates, I suggest that this is the fundamental reason that the share price is presently in free fall with no sign of stopping. I appreciate that the priority of the MVR directors is to build a successful business, but they also have a responsibility towards the interests of their investors who have so far provided the funding of the company
AEG Presents has stollen a big march on MVR, unless MVR are providing the vr stream, they have Venues as their platform, and they have the big names. I made the effort to experience their first Venues concert and was suitably impressed, it's going to take something really special, very soon in order to at least catch up with them.
It's anyones guess as to what MVR is doing at the moment
No, just Vance Joy.
The app has been updated to include Vance Joy at the O2 Brixton
Personally I think we've been led up the garden path with all the references of a connection to Facebook
Good luck on getting any kind of response from them, it'll be a first !
It appears that your'e correct, it pains me to believe now that MVR has no affiliation with Facebook.
Well I got up at stupid o'clock to watch the first venues event . I sat in a cinema style auditorium where other attendees appeared as avatars, it was easy to swap seats, if I wished I could engage in chat with the people around me, adjust the volume of the chat or the concert independently. The start of the concert was very pixilated and there was some buffering, at this point it looked like a bit of a disaster, however after a couple of songs the screen went blank for a second then reappeared with far better resolution. The view switch to various camera positions throughout the concert, there was no provision to select a particular viewing point. The sound quality was very good throughout. I got the impression that they were tweaking the settings, using this free event to iron out any glitches. I watched the full performance in order to see if the battery lasted and to see if I could tolerate the long use of the Go headset. Would I buy ticket to watch a favorite band in VR ? The answer has to be yes, overall I was quite impressed and judging by the chatter from my VR neighbors so were they. I didn't see any signs of the feed being provided by MVR, we'll just have to see if they post about it today.
Found them https://www.aegpresents.com/
Anyone have an idea what AEG are about ?
Twitter page now updated with the same Vance Joy statement
I believe this first event will be free
Well spotted Teccles and WhatShares
