hi rusty i totally agree, this company is ripe to takeover and break up into several divisions, my thoughts on competitiors taking over is a bit different though i think there would be referalls to the monopolies and mergers commision and this would be blocked the other option is a take over from a foriegn company either from europe or even china if it were allowed but other wise agree this is a steel at these prices gla

i agree recovering now, i do a lot with graphs and the two year doldrums are ready to break out i am sure the next time we hit resistance at 1.24 then we should see a break out i am sure the instutional investors must be again looking to top up here

seems to be trading sideways hopefully this is the new bottom, i invested another 6k in shares foundation of this comapny seems solid and back on track

surely with the price being so low this has got to be a takeover target, just looking at the reserves and the production them this is very much undervalued

I would think that this would be good investment for the Chinese who have plenty cash and this company gives exposure to Europe and states I am sure that even if the management team is poor then the results will be positive, i travel the country and i have noticed a marked increase in the number of people on trains and the roads being busier

at this pricing level then surely fgp are a target for a takeover, the value of the company is cheap, we are coming out of the recession more people paying for transport to work, reduced debt with the rights issue strong figures from across the water in the states who do you think would be looking at fgp as an acquisition

I cannot understand this price movement either, according to the last rns before xmas they were going to be above expectations which normally means the share will start a reasonable increase, this appears to be moving in the opposite direction, i known that the resistance being quoted is around 24p perhaps we must reach this before the large buyers return in there masses. If any outhere can give some clarity then it would be much appreciated. If we reach 24 then i to will top up with 25k worth, when they return to paying dividends at 10p per share nice little earner

this share will continue is growth upward as we are now back to production and paying the bills and the share holders, dont forget the gas find in december this share is now bouincing off the resistance and by the time the results are due in march the share price will be around 3.50

Hi i found out from a collegue who supply Aggreko that there oreders to them in the past 9 months have more than halved, all the manufacturing is done in Scotland, i also noted that past performances of the shares have taken a severe tumble around this time of year, can anyone else advise if it worth while shorting this share over a period of say 2 months

Being new to this site can someone advise if i should buy more Aggreko shares, they appear to be a good company and look like there is good long term gain to be had but almost annualy there is a severe drop in value, can anyone advise if this severe trend will happen soon
