Lithium IMO is a distraction which has been magnified by the lack of clarity, mispostings of pictures, trip to visit Chinese buyers,. expedted termite samples, pictures of AB driving to inspect trucks, production equipment being shipped only to never arrive due to sickness etc etc

IMO RRR has a good story to tell but has damaged themselves with self inflicted misstatements in a failed attempt to create activity

Nike While you may not regard Helpful the insider's statements as investment advice others may have. Even if not taken as 'investment advice. (probably a legal defined term in UK as it is in Canada) Helpful is an insider, posting statements and comments in a public forum encouraging people to buy

I am just surprised that the UK or AIM does not have an enforcement process to address situations of this type

IMO this is conclusive

However since it lacks any mention of clause 3.6 IMO it is also conclusive that Helpful is an insider not only posting non public information but given comments. advice etc to encourage people to buy. In Canada this would not be permitted. The regulators would ban the poster and force company to issue a news release explanation the situation, take corrective actions to ensure that it not happen again

I agree with Helpful that it makes sense for SOMA to buy out the royalty. SOMA has been paying off their debt early so it be consistent for SOMA to also buyout the royalty early

Theeduke- I understand what you are saying but SOMA has disclosed the royalty. Non payment would certainly be met with a lawsuit and counter claim for damages. Soma's plan is to buy ore from small miners they would not want a lawsuit claiming they do not honor their commitment to pay/

In some countries it possible to have criminal charges filed (guilty until proven innocent) filed for breach of contract so this is not something to be done lightly. No doubt it would be brief time in jail but just the mere possibility would discourage frivolous actions

Reality check for bashers- the royalty on the El Limon mill exists. The royalty is on using the mill. If there is no intent to pay the royalty then RRR would have a claim to retake the mill. Legal action would be needed, plus court action for Soma to stop using the mill until it could be resolved. Unknown if it would be grant but the mere possibility no matter how remote would be negative for Soma and their future plans.

Sorry IMO there is just no way SOMA's management would make such stupid move

Yesterdays RNS and video disclosed a positive development. RRR received AUD 60,000. This is a positive not a negative

Your issues:

-can RRR get 200,000 for the sale of any license. Reality check RRR just got 60,000 AUD just for a 30 exclusivity period. So if a deal is completed IMO RRR will get at least 200,000. I suspect RRR/AB have a framework on a deal already and this was known when a deal was reached with POW.

El Limon- it is clearly being placed backed into production and RRR will be paid a royalty. The timing and amounts are uncertain but I suspect the first payment will be late this year. IMO not by Sept 17

DRC-payment could certainly be received by Sept 17th or at least a final arbitration and supreme court ruling to get the payment process happening.

Between Soma and a deal being done IMO there will be enough cash and/or financial support from the RRR's people who have provided loans at very high rates to do another loan deal to keep POW

It is possible that the RRR might be bought out for 300 million pounds. That's a true statement it is possible.

2-Helpful posts information., such as gold production forecast which are false. This does not follow the rules

IMO posts some information (like names of people in photos) to establish credability and then posts information like gold production estimate to 'pump' the shares

Does RRR have or use computers? This might seem a strange question ask but I noticed RRR stated "Mapping does require paper........"

Most exploration people use computers but perhaps RRR does not have the money to buy one.

Helpful please pass along the comment that computers are very useful in mapping and types of geological and exploration activities
