I noticed the plural in jobS so hopefully progress made on multiple front which lead to an RNS

LiquidSilver as an insider HITOM has access to information that others do not so it stands to reason that the posts are more informative.

However as much as everyone appreciates insider information and perspective HITOM also posts misleading (trying to be charitable here) information.

He wants to post some facts so that the fiction appears plausible

I am still positive on a DRC outcome but IMO the insider posts have damaged RRR

I dont see any mention on AB's x feed that he is in the DRC. Helpful in taking others money (foreever known as HITOM) said AB posted that he is in DRC.

1) One you are an insider. Numerous posts made by you prove this over and over again.

2) the motivations of someone who abuses market regulations or other wise violate the law would be interesting study but I have no insight as to why you would take such action

3) Telegram group see your post of 19:36 with your own heading "Telegram group' inviting someone to pop their head in 'you might learn something'

certainly implies that you are a member and read information. Now you after being caught (again) you back track, lie and deny everything.

The written record is clear. Helpful is an insider. Most readers of this board have acknowledged this. I hope that the AIM regulators take appropriate action.

Helpful AB's posting on twitter. I will agree with you that anything AB posted on twitter (pre July 2023) is most likely not insider information

I do not believe posting material information on any social media platform is suitable replacement for making those disclosures via an RNS

Helpful I dont think you understand the concept of public vs insider information. Public information is defined by what RRR discloses to the public via RNS, public filings etc.

Certainly in Canada public announcements or disclosures can not be made via the telegram app. If such 'public announcements' are allowable in the UK then it is certainly a poor investing platform.

To me Faso sounded farfetched from the very beginning. RRR had virtually no cash so how could production happen without paying for equipment, people etc. A 'handshake' deal? Does that sound like good corporate governance?

Here are the issues being raised

1-does the 200 tonnes exist now? did it ever exist?

2-If it exists does it have value? If yes then what value? can it be sold for cash for that value?

3-Did an export happen?

To me #3 is the critical factor and can be easily proven. Provide the export documentation which includes the arrival at storage location (there should be a receipt when it arrived)

The NOMAD should be contacted to be verify this information since it was the subject matter of multiple RNS

The auditors should be contacted to verify this information since there were representations made in the financial statement

I dont know if the auditors or NOMAD will do anything but for those who post complaints on this board because in their belief that this a serious issue. Then I ask "Do something about it" Your complaints, if accurate, are very serious

If no complainer is willing to take action then your lack of action demonstrates that you really dont believe in what you are saying.

Banbury IF Gecamines provided a guaranty to Glencore then I agree they will do everything possible to delay/deny the legal process.

Any legal process is slow and DRC is no different. This case involves arbitration, legal claims going all the way to the supreme court, politics, war, elections etc Under those circumstances a fast or expedited outcome is not realistic

Is anyone planning to attend the AGM? Since I dont think anything meaningful statements will be made in the RNS on the results other than ''by show of hands of everything was approved' I was hoping that someone would go and then post any comments made by AB

IMO they are indifferent. The focus has been on spending money. Money borrowed at high rates. AB gets certainty of being paid and those "Investors" who provide the money make a profit via high interest rate loans.

It is a mutually beneficial relationship. Other shareholders are simply not considered in that thought process.

Helpful Your argument on Glencore's liability is reasonable however that same reasoning also explains why this case continues to draw out.

Any successuly claim by RRR against Glencore will in turn cause Glencore to enforce its guaranttee against Gecamines. Gecamines knows this and certainly does not want RRR to sucessfully get funds in DRC, They want RRR to run out of cash and/or eventyually just give up

At this point it is moot. RRR got AUD 60,000 for 30 days exclusivity, Probably to raise funds from investor to pay more money to RRR and line either their IPO or RTO for public trading on Australian market

I now believe they already did their due diligence. I suspect (or perhaps hope) that RRR will get enough cash to make the Sept payment to POW

There are only 4 people in the picture and I think this is why the RRR share price has not gone up.

Perhaps if the pictured had more people, say 6, the share price would have gone up.

Also instead of posting on Aug 12th of a picture taken on Aug 2nd perhaps if they had waited another week it would have been better. Wine ages better with time so perhaps pictures would as well.

Certainly it impacts the RRR price to not post any pictures of any actual gold produced from a gold pan or a wash plant. Perhaps RRR can buy some gold from miners would know to get the gold out of the ground. This is certainly a lesson learned by RRR in its Lithium operations(?)
