I would like to believe that AB would inform investors if anything had changed but his disclosure history tells me something differently

Why do you make that comment? IMO the lack of postings, news, etc by AB is more illustrative of lack of confidence and not knowing what to say

AB has been operating under a belief that DRC award resolution is coming within days. This belief must be crushed while facing with the never ending excuses and delays

The absence of information (delinquency or not) is not confirmation that there is no delinquency. There is little information about what RRR's actual obligations are to maintain or preserve those properties. Given the relatively long time frame (5 years) I doubt RRR is in default

in any event, for me at least, the key issue is DRC cash, the arbitration and supreme court publication

What is going on?

AB changed from frequent comments/postings to none. Has he gone into hiding? avoidance? holiday? sick? busy inquiring another property?

Perhaps RRR will release these results along with gold production is immenient

Banbury totally agree with what you wrote.

AB keeps believing that DRC cash is coming soon and therefore kept committing to new projects instead of waiting for the cash to actually arrive., I can understand believing it once or twice, but after 1-2 years of hearing soon at some point before the RRAL deal he should have waiting. There was no apparent urgency to that deal. RNS mentioned various parties and Non disclosure agreements but then nothing.

Now its July 14th. The lack of information is amazing (shocking?), its hard to describe the sense of unreality to RRR/AB

Banbury IMO RRR has always been high risk & high reward. For a lot of people that means 'uninvestable'

owning or buying RRR is akin to buying a lottery ticket, which is not an investment but a gamble
