legal process DRC has a document legal process but it is subject to political and private pressure. Other countries, such as the USA, are also subject to those pressures. Although in the USA they call it 'forum shopping'.

I went into this thinking the legal process would be 3-5 years, although I hoped for shorter.

The RNS's issued by RRR are short on detail, perhaps not wanting to provide information to their opponents, but it makes owning shares difficult.

What exactly has happened in the legal and arbitration process? At least one issue went before the Supreme Court which cause the arbitrator making a decision to wait until that issue was resolved. War as well has caused delays. IMO AB wears rose colored glasses when looking at this issue, perhaps intentionally, perhaps because he has limited options. The unforced errors in communication, such as termite assay results and April update, negatively impact an already thin credibility.

IMO RRR should provide an updated assessment of where DRC arbitration actually stands with an outlook of what,when might happen. Ideally expressed as a range of possible outcomes when looking at those possible future outcomes.

Given the share issuance I am guessing DRC cash news is at least 2 weeks away. If it was close RRR/AB would not have done the PPM, in other words it could not wait any longer

why take shares if share is going lower.

Easy answer. even if shares drop by 50% that means service provider got paid 50% which is much higher than 0% ZERO

2) Recent liability The RNS contained no information if this was a 'recent liability" either you know or are just guessing this was not a 'recent liability'

either way the actual timing is not relevant where the liability existed 12 months or longer or existed the day before the RNS makes no difference to me as a RRR shareholder. RRR issued shares

My best guess is that RRR service providers demand their services be paid fairly promptly (30-60 days) after which they stop providing services.

simple no choice. In Canada these are known as shares for debt. They are done by public companies who can not raise cash to pay their debts so a creditor, such as a service provider, takes shares, as it at least provides some form a payment

In Canada when a public company issues a share for debt it is usually viewed as very negative. It is often followed by a complete collapse of the share price, then a restructuring (AKA reverse split)

Of course from your viewpoint RRR is in a 'good place' and the DRC cash is 'immenient', lithium was being exported and gold production is starting, plant & equipment are the way, clearing customs, termite assays are being rushed for processing

noted-The RNS speaks for itself. The shares were issued for cash not professional fees. The cash can be used to pay for professional fees.

Alternatively if the issues were issued 'in settlement of professional fees' then the statement on cash is not accurate

A poorly crafted RNS which does not detract from my points that a- shares were issued above market and had no attached warrants

2-shares issued for cash, no doubt for overhead, travel, legal etc-IMO the added comment 'for professional fees' is meaningless without details

I want RRR to make realistic projections on what might happen. For gold production to occur however a number of things must occur. Was it a good faith projection? it does not appear so

is equipment still in customs? what equipment is it? a plant or a pick, shovel and a gold pan?

RRR announced this last quarter of 2024 how long does it take to those results?

David ELEP is also not in limbo. A well is being drilled (I think since April) near their acreage which will bring news which might be impactful

It would appear that the rules, procedures involving the law & arbitration are somewhat fluid and are influenced by power & politics.

IMO it would have been for RRR to make it clear that there were separate ongoing processes which sometime or sporadically influenced its objective of getting a cash award

Banbury totally agree that RRR should have eliminated/reduced all activities and focused solely on getting DRC cash. Clearly that did not happen and now IF DRC process can be sucessfully concluded (cash received) then the attention should focus on the larger claim. RRR's primary focus should be on that claim.

Do they have the bandwidth to do both (money? management time? contingenicies)

After the review then the secondary focus should be on RRAL. Then re-asses available bandwidth for possible 3rd activity
