Aim perhaps its different in the UK but in Canada 'zzzz' refers to falling asleep. Helpful is telling this board that he has Narcolepsy:

A chronic neurological disorder characterized by sudden, uncontrollable sleep attacks.

Helpful Has Soma sent RRR the money? or is Soma waiting for TSX approval. According to you Soma was clear to send RRR last Friday or certainly by Monday or Tuesday of this week.

In any event I am certain the funds will arrive to POW even if the funds arrive with the next 2 weeks RRR will certainly not go into receivership. POW knows the royalty has been sold and payment will be made. All POW really wanted is certainty that funds are or will be available to make payment

Helpful Here is a fact. RRR has no current gold production, no revenue in 2025 or 2024

RRR owes POW money on Friday Sept 19th and unless payment is made could be placed into receivership

Robins agree with the poor long term planning. If RRR could have waited out the strike and IF the strike ended quickly RRR might have received more money for a sale or just collected a monthly royalty -- woulda coulda

I thought RRR getting 3 year warrants on Soma was a good touch. In 3 years with higher gold production SOMA could be a $5 stock such a windfall would easily offset a perceived fire sale of this asset

right now I am just happy that RRR appears to have the funds to pay POW

Robins sale of royalty sorry AB sold it for exactly what was worth. RRR needed cash. the royalty was a stream of future cash payments which total a bit less that USD$3 million. It sold for about USD $1.4 which is about right given risk of mill operations and time value of money

BraveMark I agree and IMO lithium is not relevant. People keep bringing it up because that whole episode for them demonstrates AB/RRR lack of credibility on statements. Last weeks non receipt of a wire from Australia is just another example of the lack of trust

Only by repeatedly delivering on actual results will this narrative possibly change. I only hedged that statement because IMO for some people it will never be enough.

A Pictures- Pictures are not proof. If I took a picture of the Brooklyn Bridge and showed it to you with a comment that I owned the bridge, is that a fact? NO

B-financial statements- there is inventory on the financial statements Is that because RRR wrote off all the costs or because it does not exist? I dont know

IMO proof would be export documents stamped by a government customs official when this material left the country

AB comment about a lawsuit. If the material is truly missing then hopefully RRR had insurance on it. File a police report and an insurance claim, collect the money from the claim and move on

I think the TSX will approve transaction and payment will me made but payment will be made AFTER TSX approval

Perhaps the Australian company will send a payment that will actually arrive

Nike both Soma and RRR issued a news release on Sept 12th and Soma said the agreement was subject to TSX approval

again I expect approval to be granted. I hope RRR receives the funds without the wire being stopped
