if you google the number of warrants issued and outstanding by Soma you will see the disclosure on the 200,000 warrants

1-post does not state funds were received

2-post contradicts the RNS by combining both the consideration and 'additional consideration

my observation

a-yes i think Soma has the capacity to pay however closing with payment will not happen until the TSXV approves the transaction

b-also yes that I think the TSXV will approve the transaction

so why do keep bringing this up.

I -the deadline to pay POW was last Friday and RRR has stated that POW could put RRR into administrative winding up proceeding (BANKRUPTCY)

so as your quoted post states if there is no update then there is no deviation

Nike actually I do determine the difference between reality and fantasy. My factual statements about RRR is based upon news releases made by RRR and Soma Gold. The fantasy or imagining aspect is based on knowing that I have no facts to support a position that RRR received cash and/or paid POW.

Do you believe that RRR has received the one million pounds from Soma? and if yes what is the basis of that belief?

Reality check

-The agreement is needs to be approved by the TSXV. The news is in English

-RRR said announcement would be made if consideration (defined as cash) was received

-No news issued by RRR that cash was received

-POW payment was due on Friday Sept 19th. POW can place RRR into adminstration if payment not made by due date

As a shareholder I dont like this reality. I would much prefer the current fantasy land that Soma paid RRR and RRR paid POW but there is nothing to support that fantasy other than one poster who said he spoke to AB to confirm that cash was received and POW was paid. IMO AB would not violate AIM disclosure obligation

Easy enough to clarify if AB posts details on X or RRR issues a RNS

H50 agreed Perspective IMO the royalty sale is real and RRR will be paid when the TSXV approves and the transaction closes. IMO given the relative certainity of RRR being paid (IMO I dont think it has happened yet) I dont think POW will bother with a receivership. I would like RRR to make a news release to eliminate any doubt. IMO the more that RRR can do to build credibility the better.

RRR has a track record of deals not happening therefore they should state the progress being made and if there are delays explain what those delays are.

one million pounds IMO is a big deal and RRR should be beating the drums, so if cash was received then an announcement should be made

All of those facts derive from the RNS issued by RRR or Soma

If AB made statements to others to the contrary then AB can post comparable statements on X or have RRR issue a RNS.

A level playing field for all shareholders or potential shareholders is reasonable

The bullish argument for RRR shares is ironically the following

Only RRR can change the narrative that no cash (consideration) has been received from SOMA. Particularly given RRR/AB past statement that a wire from Australia was sent but rejected. Could it happen again? possibily

Facts are stubborn things

Again I hope the cash was actually received but this whole episode highlights a bigger problem with RRR which relates to trust, reliability and news flow.

DFC arbitration award has been imminent for over 3 years. Two month ago (July 21st) RRR announced the Supreme Court reached a decision and RRR was was waiting for the conclusion of the publication process which once again gave the impression that it just be matter at most a couple of weeks. What happened? Equity raised in 2024 to expedite assays taken from termite mounds still no results announced after almost a year.

RRR has a long history of leading its shareholders that something will soon or imminently happen but then no follow up.

If cash was received and POW payment made then that news (even if one wanted to make a regulatory agreement that it was really not required) is an opportunity to announce very positive news. PS RRR had three payments due to POW so did RRR make all 3 payments or just one?

From the posts being made here it is clear that some posters have gotten direct assurance from AB about the cash being received. While thats good for those individuals who perhaps were the ones buying after being told that information but not so good for those who were nervous and sold last week

Do you agree that either the receipt of the cash or the POW payment would be significant. If RRR/AB does not believe either of those statements are material to warrant an RNS or reach then post a statement on X, or post a statement that POW has been paid or granted an extension. ANYTHING DIRECTLY FROM RRR OR AB

· Additional consideration of 200,000 share subscription rights exerciseable for 36 months into Soma shares at C$2 per share.

Here is RRR what said on June 13th

"In the event that any of these payments is not made by the due date POW reserves the right to cancel the agreement, whereupon all outstanding amounts will be immediately due and payable, and in those circumstances POW will have the right to take enforcement action including presentation of a winding up petition following the making of a statutory demand"

RRR also stated that an announcement would be made if Soma consideration was received. So based on the facts POW could place RRR into a winding up petition. RRR stated this NOT ME
