IMO RRR needs to keep beating the drum that things are happening. ex another RNS that RRR received not only the cash but also the warrants.

I dont recall the capital cost to put it into production but I think around $5 million

getting the Soma cash is a big deal for RRR, if they can make sale on the IC license that would be just as big

still waiting for the biggest news on the DRC cash and DRC new deal.

Its so nice that the resident insider makes information available. Its interesting however with his relentless pumping for years that the RRR has lost 90% of its value but those who point out these obvious facts are called "dullards"

Thankfully this board has an intellectual giant leading everyone to a huge loss but can take comfort that are not 'dullards' but are amongst the intellectual giants who lost 90%

Nike re: Helpful IMO Helpful's post are damaging to RRR. As a shareholder I believe my opinion is justified. I have also taken exception (complained) about others who are excessively negative, such as my post today responding to Banbury). Like any AIM stock RRR has risks and rewards.

As an insider I dont think Helpful should be posting at all much less with the sole focus on the positives which as demonstrated on his post on selling the royalty is dramatically wrong. RRR already has a credibility issue and Helpful's misleading posts magnify that issue

1-book value IMO should not play a role in selling an asset. As a buyer your historical cost or own internal value is not relevant to me.

2- value received by RRR I have already stated that I thought this was a good deal for RRR

My point, which I have made before, is Helpfuls posts are hurt RRR. The value that Helpful placed on this deal was unrealistic and set expectations too high.

That most likely set up a number of people for disappointment

IMO this is a game changer for RRR. The immediate risk of administration has been eliminated. The immediate risk of new shares being issued for survival is gone. IMO this will incentivize a DRC deal since it ensures that RRR will continue. No more hope of starving out RRR

No more perception of fire sale of assets. Year end audits can proceed in a normal fashion with elimination of risk of going concern

No more of AB seeking funds for the next trip to the DRC.

IMO getting these funds is a game changer

Banbury I get that RRR has debt and Helpful has been wrong, so badly wrong so many times. But (an important but) RRR does have a legal judgement for damages against VUP in the DRC and at some point (unknown timing) the arbitration will be concluded.

A deal is underway on IC so it is reasonable to predict that other deals could follow

Also true is that the gold is significantly higher. A rising tide lifts all the boats and RRR has a lot of boats on the water

There is lots more to do but the tide has turned

Banbury the word 'assets' is also plural whereas the original announcement was singular 'tenement package'

To emphasize your point it is at least TWO -could be more, perhaps much more. They had 3 interest parties so maybe 3 deals?

IMO getting cash should motivate the DRC opposition to quit stalling since now they know that RRR is not broke

RRR can also stand firm with the other deals such as IC as well

A bull gold market eventually lifts up the gold exploration companies and I think we are begging to see that happening
