Question on UK Receivership can a company issue a RNS if is in receivership?

or does it have to get permission from the court?

In other words if there is no RNS on Monday morning does it mean that RRR is in receivership?

Did RRR pay POW on the 19th? Will there be a Monday morning RNS announcement on POW being paid ? or Receivership?

My understanding of English means simply --no announcement means no consideration has been received

Lets agree on meanings of RNS vs Reach. Any disclosure via RNS or Reach should be accurate and truthful. I totally disagree with Helpful who implies that RRR can have misstatements or lies in a Reach dislcosure

To point out the differences between a Reach or RNS is strange explanation as to why RRR has not provided an update.

Basically you accept that RRR can make a statement in a Reach which it has no intent of following.

RRR has not provided an update other than AB posting x complaining about ANZ

This relates to the sale of a gold license in the Ivory Coast. RRR in a RNS stated that they had received AUS$60,000 for an exclusive 30 day period. That company was going to list on the Austalian stock exchange, RRR was to receive more cash and shares in the soon to be listed public company

RRR has no update on that transaction either. Apparently AB made comments during the AGM about not receiving those funds

So in theory RRR has two pending cash events which would significantly transform RRR
