Mark IMO attending AGM is not a productive use of time. Any material information would be publicly released via a RNS.

To date there is public announcement on a sale or the 1 million. This certainly would be material information to a company with a 2 million market cap.

I have owned RRR shares for 3 years. I believe AB will be successful in getting cash in the arbitration award. Since day one I thought the timeline was 3 to 5 years.

Yes i criticize some of RRR actions. No company and no person is perfect As a shareholder/investor I frequently assess and reassess my stock position which includes management, risks etc

Did AB say funds were not received from Australia at the AGM? What exactly did AB say

In the Aug release RRR stated "The Company yesterday received a AUD60,000 exclusivity fee giving a proposed acquirer of Ivory Coast assets a 30 day exclusivity"

From reading the post it appears a larger payment was blocked. The bashers rightly cast doubt on the entire transaction.

Reality check Banks really do have different procedures for wire transfers of higher amounts. 1 million would certainly be in that category,

At some point there will be clairity. If RRR corporate name was mistakenly on the blocked list then I would suggest A-clear up the issue immediately or B-have funds sent to attorney's trust account. B is easily done and solves the problem

BraveMark Although I have never been to a shareholder meeting in the UK I have attended several in Canada and the US. Not once has a "show of hands' been asked. It is meaningless or just performative. The vote is by shareholders who cast a proxy. The votes are tabulated and the results are announced.

DRC progress appears to being made but its not done

El Limon royalty payments will happen however the actual timing is uncertain

IMO selling pressure on RRR's shares will remain until there is clarity on those issues.

AB;s video chat was solely about putting into context that his tv appearance was a continuation of prior announcements. It gives the appearance of progress which is positive but at AB stated the details are still not known

There was no update on the asset sale and nothing on arbitration. AB expects news with an unknown time frame. I am sure AB is well aware of prior statements which led people to believe that it happening soon (5 days or less). Now he is being hopeful but nothing is done until an RNS is made

Theeduke You need a reality check. The TV clip, which is publicly available, is clear evidence that DRC government officials are in fact dealing with RRR

I dont know what the detail are. But I do find it hard to believe that the DRC will have a revenue generating assets placed in a company under RRR control so that instead of paying taxes (say 30%) those funds can be used to build houses (a great and noble project). But if that asset is under DRC ownership why not use 100% of those funds to build houses? IMO something is missing from this puzzle but again clearly DRC is dealing with RRR
