As expected more shares were issued. It is smaller than I expected and does NOT include any warrants which is also unexpected

LOL duh until a company obtains a sustainable cash flow this will be the case for RRR just like all the other companies out there in the world. The key difference is RRR is placing a lithium into production NOW

Ban-agreed on your risk assessment on Congo. I base my optimism on a) $15 million is still has not been paid out, which means even the losing side gets quite of bit of money and b) there still another party to be sued for greater money. This means VUP would get even more money. I suspect multiple people are involved in VUP so there is a lot in-fighting and internal politics involved, which dont direcly involved RRR but certainly slow the process down. The people who got the $5 million probably should have shared that with about 10-15 other people who are know upset and looking for those people (who are probably hiding) Probable death threats etc AB has made this case very visible and makes a point of keeping the British Embassy informed.

BTW RRR has already achieved a positive outcome which can be used as the basis for litigation outside of the Congo

despite the gloomy comments from investors who lost money 12 years ago, the lack of news on Congo and Lithium the RRR share price is holding up very well. The weak hands are selling out and new investors coming in

Congo and Lithium are game changers for RRR. The next 30 days will be exciting to watch

Banbury-- a reality check on legal process and collection would be in order. In the USA and Canadian court systems settlement discussions are required as well as discounts to amounts claimed in order to receive funds and avoid costs.

People here post "facts' about legal costs which are proven wrong by the figures shown in the financial statements.
Getting cash from the Congo breach is a process. One that I said would take 2-3 years (from Jan 2023) so time wise we are 1/2 there. Of course I would like it to be faster.-

Of course RRR/AB disclose their efforts to resolve (again required under US and CDN laws probably Congo as well). RRR has won the legal side and is waiting for arbitration decision to be finalized. Mining is risk and so is the legal system

IMO the risk is worth the reward.

Who pays for legal fees? I have no knowledge about Congo but in Canada and the USA the loser has to pay legal fees of the winner as well. Why do you think it would be different?

Banbury-so .50 share price, market cap of 11 m- if those warrants get exercised and with the Congo cash then RRR would have probably that much in cash, plus their other assets plus another lawsuit for even more cash (years away)

3 million in legal fees is about 200,000 per month. Reality check-if true RRR would making much larger fund raises

facts RRR 6 month financial statement shows 8k in legal cost for the entire company. Note FCA warning about posting information that is false or misleading may constitute market abuse -unlimited fines and up to 7 years in prison

VUP attorney is now a minister-so? obviously VUP was connected to accomplish what they did, yet despite those connection they legal the court case and the appeal

Blueboy Are you OK? I post my comments, observation and opinions. I believe RRR is approaching a transformational event so of course I am excited. I think most RRR shareholders should be excited

IMO the rewards are greater than the risks.

I am torn on Congo
if bad news was coming then RRR would want to raise money now (unless I am being too hopeful)
If good news was coming then RRR would wait until Congo cash was received/sent and not raise money at this price level

I am thinking RRR's cash is low and people/staff need to be paid and they would only hold on if positive news was coming

Lithium again torn
last permit was projected to be issued Mid April-was it? is RRR being told its close (as in any day now) so they continue to wait. -ie negative news
or
permit issued and people & equipment mobilized and they busy mining waiting for first sale

IMO shares price short term will continue to drift with downward pressure

LOL another repeat Yes as stated before RRR has alternative to funding its activities other than issue shares until Congo cash is received and/or Lithium production is cash positive. This is way for exploration/development companies. No surprise Nothing new

LOL You forgot to mention that RRR won the court case as well as the appeal.

As a public company everyone knows RRR financial condition including those in the DRC, including the Dec RNS where a party agreed to put an additional $1 million. More RRR dilution results in more damages from this issue. RRR is doing its best to minimize that damage which is their obligation (at least it would be in Canada or USA, probably the UK too since the legal systems are similar. I dont know their obligation to minimize damages in the DRC would be. In any event your comments bring up nothing new

seeking a JV even if that effort to get a JV is not successful is a great because it allows management to a reaction from others in the industry their opinion on this property
