a sale makes sense. IMO RRR has too many irons in the fire , they should focus on Africa. If they do an IPO then RRR would be steady seller of the shares which makes it unattractive to the public.

AB being paid. I dont have a probem with anyone getting paid to work. Is a six figure salary excessive in London? In downtown NYC the average wage is $4,000 per week or about $200,000 per year. Granted NYC is a expensive city.

In any event if AB getting paid or the track record represent your criteria to make an investment then dont invest in RRR.
The reasons/rationale for my purchase of RRR shares is still valid (Congo, ELEP, Kenya etc-within 3 years of Jan 2022) have not happened. I purchased at higher prices. I still believe those events will happened and that I will make money. If I am wrong about the events, their timing or some other factor then I will lose money. This is a risky investment and not suitable for most people

Branbury Burford is apples/oranges to this case-Burford has already collected 300% of its costs. That case orginated in 2012 from Argentina nationalizing an oil company. Burford won another legal round just 6 days, This is an international case and is far from over.

This case is between 2 companies. Court case over a portion of claim was appealed and rencently. Arbitration result is pending. Once the judgement is given. Is an appeal possible (I dont know but RRR says no) if not then it is paid by party holding the money

RRR dealing with party not holding proper legal authority. This happens in North America as well (USA and Canada). Not good but not surprising.

In any event IMO news is expected very soon

Branbury- given court victories and certainly back in Jan 2022 i express my opinion I was estimated a 2-3 year time frame. Can you expand upon your thoughts on why there is little chance in DRC?

Also I appreciate your thoughts on ALR and its short term production prospects

Chatty- 1) placement was at .18 market quote today was .17 to ..20 While you can argue share price is undervalued (others here argue it overpriced and RRR may soon be out of business, delisted and/or assets sold at fire sale prices) the placement was done in relation to market price

RRR/AB have consistently said they know where the $15 million is held and the company holding it is awaiting court/arbitration notice etc. As the $5 million sent to 'fraudsters' or the other JV holder RRR was never seeking 100% of the funds just 50%

Branbury IMO it is quite easy to end the death spiral financing. What is the cause? RRR need for ongoing cash. Thus it stops either by Congo cash or Lithium production. As I stated earlier I anticipate one more round of financing and then it should stop. If so then the supply of RRR shares into the market stops and there are 1 or 2 events major events (Congo cash and lithium production) increasing demand for the shares

for me the glass appears more than 1/2 full

to some degree a valid points however AB/RRR have no control over ELEP and are not in control of event in Congo, whereas on ALR they are in control. The next 3-6 weeks will be really interesting. It would not surprise me for RRR to announce one more fundraising to bridge that gap. If either ALR or Congo is successful then future dilution should not happen. If they both fail then look for restructuring. Interesting risk/reward at this level. Boom or bust?

While I agree that your time line is possible rarely do I see such time projections occur in reality in Canada or the US and so rarely in South America or Africa that such occasions become comparable to a story my father told me that he had so hard as a child he had to walk uphill to school-both ways
