So I took him to bar for a night of drinking. After many hours I asked him to tell me the secret to his success and because he was drunk he told me.

What was it? He rejected every single project, based every single one and he was right over 90% of the time. His clients were impressed. They save lots of money

That geologist and this board have a lot in common. Posters here will be right a great deal of the time perhaps even greater than 90%.

Robbins- I did not know that AB did that before. I dont know enough about anyone personal financial condition to be in a position to express an opinion that anyone should defer salary compensation. IMO RRR should have gone into quasi holding pattern until Congo funds were actually received or ELEP IPO or Australia IPO happened. 20/20 hindsight is that RRR lacked any financial flexability and now RRR shareholders are paying the price through this extreme dilution which might have otherwise been avoided. To some degree this implies the new lithium deal would not have been acquired-how real is the potential cash flow? if it works then perhaps the dilution would have been worth it

The attorneys and accountants should have worked for free too. The Australian drillers should have waived their costs.

The major shareholders should give back some of their shares to help bolster the shares owned by the smaller shareholders

RRR and its directors should be getting free rent from their landlords or mortgage forgiveness. Any medical treatment should be provided free of charged or delayed until after Congo.

Naturally grocery stores should also provide either free food or delay getting paid until after Congo

All of the above would have reduced spending

personally I agree with the speculative that the companies knew and took the risk that RRR would not or could not do anything about it. As we have seen the legal action is time consuming and expensive. Most small companies would not or could not take this type of case on.

Google OJ Simpson and Nicole Brown. Her parents have an outstanding judgement for over 20 years and still have not collected. The other side will fight tooth and nail so RRR does not get paid. Really its not hard to understand. Any legal system in the world allows the other side to delay and deny. Other people see the pot of money and holds out their hand wanting to get paid too. Eventually time and other people run out of excuses and RRR will get paid

RRR won at the lower court, then the other side appeals, RRR has to respond, then another appeal -repeat cycle until the other side runs out of possible appeals

BS What is current market cap of RRR? Compare that to a possible award from Congo of $10 million

I dont fault any exec (including AB) for not working for free but I do fault him for aggressively ramping spending prior to actually receiving funds from the Congo

The reasons to buy now are the same as they have been for several months
1) Congo
2) ELEP IPO listing in the USA
3) lithium production
4) ongoing work in Australia leading to eventual IPO
5) deal on Kenya tailings
6) deal on Kenya property
7) iron royalties

of these the first 3 are expected 'soon'

Why? Please explain? Is this a legal prohibition? or are you referencing the previously announced financing which has a floor price and the investor might not be obligated to purchase more shares?

I am aware of 2-Columiba (which I believe was a business dispute) and 2 Kenya- IMO this is particularly relevant. The Kenyan government refused to renew the exploration license. AB litigated, applied diplomatic and public pressure etc and eventually forced the Government into renewing the licenses. I think the entire process took about 3-5 years

Prior to my RRR investment I dove into the Kenyan details because RRR's investment was significant.

I am not aware of AB/RRR losing in legal issue of any significance. IMO this is why AB tweet stated of 'I/we don't lose"

Also note that AB education background is law (not engineering, geology or mining)

as you stated AB had previously met with the deputy so the tweet demonstrates that ongoing communication. This is typical regarding a dispute in a foreign country. AB clearly has been raising the awareness of this dispute to increase the pressure. Perhaps in the UK a person does not contact the government about disagreement but a willingness to accept whatever the government does but it is common in North America.

AB's different approach may account why AB is successful in his legal disputes whereas others in the UK fail in foreign legal dispues

Legal disputes are an area where AB has a demonstrated track record of success.

I thought AB's tweet was very positive. Almost a gloating. Keep in mind AB stated he has seen the draft. Things take time. The US Supreme Court hears oral arguments (this is AFTER all the briefs are filed) then typically takes about 9 months before actually issuing a written opinion Does anyone posting here actually have any experience in how long legal issues take to get resolved?
