I dont think any government would accept a contingent deal. RRR's problem is they did a number of deals ASSUMING that funds would be coming from Congo or EOP or Australian IPO. At this point AB has enough experience just with RRR to know that deals can fall through

time will tell- However your opinion disregards the fact that Spartan has provided EOC a firm underwriting which is on file with the SEC. I should note those filings are made under penalties of perjury (a felony in the USA).

BS-fyi an agreement is not the same as a permit. The significant details on the production sharing agreement as well as the need for renewal were disclosed in the EOC's SEC filings. An investor should always read disclosure information and in the case of EOC presumably did so. I dont have any of that type of information but it would reasonable that a number of potential investors declined to invest until the renewal issue was resolved which in turn led to a reduction in the amount raised. The flip side is IF EOC can obtain a renewal then that should be positive news leading to a higher price and/or additional funding

The filings say it is a "firm commitment" same as the Dec 2022 filing so I am guessing that there are changes are being made at request of the SEC

RRR had applied for a mining license on the tailings prior to the exploration licenses not being renewed which was then followed by the ultimately sucessful litigation leading to the exploration licenses being renewed. Both Kenya and RRR are at fault. Placing a property into production needs a reliable legal structure. RRR picked up other projects leaving Migori to sit. Last year RRR was focused on Congo and what ever other time was spent on Lithium and Australia etc.. AB needs to get something done on Kenya or the government will not be pleased (neither will RRR's shareholders)

low targets? A listing in the US is not a low target. SEC filings started over a year this is not unusual

Congo legal/arbitration- a successful outcome is not a low target IMO
Australia IPO which appears to be ready but is awaiting for more favorable market conditions. IMO not a low target Nor are market conditions under AB control

If anything I fault AB for doing too much in too many countries. IMO he is far too ambitious for the level of funds available

The trade is listed as "unknown" but the bid/ask was .27-.30 and the trade was at .3 so I would guess buy order from someone who wanted a better price

until a company (any company) develops a cash flow an investor should ALWAYS anticipate the company will issue more shares.

Even if directors worked for free (most if not wont), even if employees worked for free (they wont) running a company even if nothing is done costs money (think attorneys, CPA firm, stock transfer agents, website, putting out news releases all of that takes money. Every single exploration property RRR has costs money every single year

When AB travels by air does he travel 1st class? great question I have worked at companies larger than RRR and we had a policy of NO first travel-ever. A traveler could upgrade at their cost
