what is going on? AB has been in Comgo for what? a week? no news. this is frustrating The last update on Congo was August 5th

updates are difficult when the arbitration process itself is not followed (meaning a decision was made but the other side was complaining about it and wanted it changed) IMO the people who received the $$$$ are politically well connected and dont want to up the future cash held by the 3rd party Thus the timing is uncertain AB has already been burned on several occasions thinking the $ would soon be coming. Now I suspect he is pushing and waiting for it to arrived -and crossing his fingers that it be relatively soon so he does not look like a complete fool

tricky -where are you getting your number of 300K? The audited financial statements say 144k -see footnote 9

IMO this is a story that is 8+ months old and will not generate buying until some funds actually received

Agreed the lack of clarity is the problem here. Even if AB was being told by RRR's advisors collecting would be soon any reality check with anyone who has actually done business in Congo or Africa would have told him that it is not.

It should be expected and anticipated that the people who got the money would want to keep the money plus the money to be paid in the future as well.

RRR got ripped off by a State run company working with a major international company. Common sense would tell you that those people are well connected in Congo and that they used to dealing with this type of situation. Given the lawless environment in Congo and the amount of money involved AB probably has death threats and is probably traveling with a number of security guards and probably has more than one hotel room. Personally I would not take the risk of traveling to Congo on a budget under these conditions and perhaps not at all..

AB/RRR did a great job getting the fast decision in the Court system. A resolution in Kenya took years (4+? years). AB/RRR created a sense this would be fast no doubt by their advisors but still wrong

IMO AB had a different tone about Congo-very frustrated and certainly more positive about Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast which is understandable considering what has (not) happened in Congo over the past several months in dealing with an arbitration decision which seemingly was made but not actually completed

Really? an investigation triggers a suspension In Canada or the US at best it would disclosed but any punishment would be AFTER a trial or at least a hearing

If newly acquired Berringa license expires in Nov and New Ballarat already said they will file to renew would the IPO be delayed until granted to eliminate that uncertainity? or is renewal pretty much certain?

lol AB is far from desperate since he is getting paid and has a pile of options and shares in the event any of the pending events (2 IPOS and Congo) actually happen. IMO it is the current RRR shareholders who getting desperate

totally with your comment about AB not completing projects which is why I point out that AB/RRR has identified 3 projects (Congo, USA-IPO and Australia IPO) which completion is either soon or imminent. RRR in an RNS said Mid Migori would neither of those but would be not targeted until after certain events.

Also during this same time frame RRR got involved in 2 other projects again with completion of previously identified 3 projects to be completed "soon' or 'imminent'

Robins previously AB said nothing would happen on Mid Migori until after elections and new ministers were appointed

Election was in August, ministers appointed afterwards. Then any potential partners/buyer would make site visits, review data, meet with government etc

IMO AB has a full plate with Congo, IPO in USA and IPO in Australia etc etc At best he is spread too thin and things like Migori do not get the attention it needs and deserves

Ajaye read the technical report It iS NOT 748 -unless the 000 are omitted which sometimes they are in technical reports or financial statements just for easier reading
