What's going on? Its been several weeks since the RNS said arbitration was over. Several days since AB said the decision was made but AB had not read/received it.

I hit a nerve. You don't like reality checks DYOR. Listen to the interview and read the RNS

fact check during the interview AB did NOT say or hint that the award had been made. AB was very careful about his words.

I am beginning to believe that peoples complaints about AB are based not about what he actually says but what other people say AB says. BIG DIFFERENCE. read the DNS and actually listen to the interviews DO NOT RELY ON WHAT SOMEONE ELSE'S INTERPRETATION.

I am well aware of the legal definition of 'insider" My comments are valid.

Your 'more substantial position' simply makes it more likely that you have insider information.

Your comment that 'inside(r) knowledge is not 'inside(r) knowledge" is comparable to a math teacher saying '1 does not equal 1)

Helpful has stated/implied he is in contact with AB. --aka 'inside knowledge" and also stated that news would be coming as soon as the NOMAD translated the documents. That was wrong Those comments are deceitful and contribute to RRR/AB bad image. Yes useful information has been posted which gives false credibility to the deceitful comments.

I have a big position in RRR. I bought for long term 12-24 months but even I got my hopes up in reading 'helpful' comments about NOMDAD and an RNS coming

How fast would a legal case be resolved in the UK?

?? happy with 51% plus court costs---sorry IMO but this would be the max. AB has stated he would take a haircut to get a fast resolution

I would be happy with 5-6 million and then have enough funds to go after the bigger dollars

Shares like RRR or any stock on AIM, TSXV, US pink sheets or anything similiar are not 'investments' but speculation. Personally I would also include any crypto asset as well. They are far too volitile IMO

IMO the resolution/payment from Congo is getting close-I suspect the small amount is to keep going on Congo and that it is close.- increasing volume and higher share price is the basis for my optimism

lol sorry but when I read this , it was just laughable. you are complaining that AB only temporarily reduced paycheck (to help out RRR)? Most people would NEVER cut salary without something in return.

Do NOT expect any worker, management or otherwise, to reduce salary to help out their employer. everyone is entitled to look after their person self financial interest. Otherwise they would be donating their time to charity

Has AB ever bought RRR's shares in pension before? or even his personal account? AB's historical buying/selling of RRR's shares and the subsequent RRR price in the 3-6 month period following such an event would be interesting

I responding to the comments-AB is getting paid for failure (either 15, 17 or some other number is not relevant)

The implication is that AB (or anyone really) would only get paid if the company is successfull. Does that really happen? Musk for Telsa took a bunch of options instead of salary but he was able to do that because he already had lots of money

As to the buying shares is a strong signal I can only once again refer you to published reports on insiders buying shares. Those are generalized opinions and obviously there are numerous examples of insiders buying and the share price still goes down.

I am an AIM newbie so perhaps you can explain why an insider purchasing shares in NOT a positive sign.

IMO all of this is just noise. As stated IMO I believe AB thinks it will go up and is positioning his pension plan. AB might be right or AB might be wrong. Time will tell.

IMO RRR is a speculation (like most AIM shares and most TSXV shares) I think it go up and own shares

to your other points- yes anything an insider buys it is a 'strong' signal and any time a insider sells it is a weak or 'mild' action. There are published reports for the reasons behind this but simplistically there is only one reason to buy (insider) thinks it will go up ('strong ') signal and multiple reasons why selling is a 'weak' signal- need for cash, pay taxes, bills etc, reposition investment portfolio, frequently insiders get paid in shares as compensation but they need to sell to have cash etc

I am constantly amazed at the attitude that an insider (officer or director) should basically work for free or with approach that the company is doing bad so they should not get paid.

I know I would work for those conditions. How many here would continue working for a company that say sorry you dont get paid because the company is not doing well?

It bears repeating that AB has support of the major shareholders (at least for now) but this is subject to change.

IMO complaining about past is not relevant to the current and/or future issues.

By all means sell RRR and eliminate this negatively from your life

To me there is a difference between words and actions. In this case AB bought RRR shares in his pension account both the buying and the buying in his pension account are very strong actions.
