AB/RRR made a video recording -see prior posts here. Within that AB stated 'accomplished his objectives' that was on Friday and said he would be leaving Congo on Saturday,

AB implied that he go $ but I speculate RRR will not put out a news announcement until funds have actually arrived.

until news is actually released we simply do not know

I like the comment that AB 'achieved what he came for (referencing Congo) and he would be leaving tomorrow having achieved what he came for and indicated more information next week'

certainly lacking in details but sounds optimistic

The other parties would be whomever received the $250m (?) actually paid or to be paid for the property. No i do not who who this might be. I suspect (guess) that a transaction of the type described by RRR does not take place without a number of people being involved. Money would have been paid but most likely did not actually remain in that bank account but was most likely paid out to other companies/people and disguised as 'services' or other means to hide the money flow.

just speculation on my part but really what would be the point of ripping someone off and just let the money sit there

Yes Canadian. No I don;t do a lot investing on AIM AIM (home of con-men) this could be said of the TSXV (formerly Vancouver Exchange) or the US pink sheets) or dare I say it any number of newly minted crypto currencies)

All of those very risky (similar to venture capital in some ways) IMO there is probably more tolerance for risk in the CDN/US markets than the UK. I am not familiar with the Australian market but I suspect that market is also risk tolerant

Basically funding any exploration type company (on whatever exchange) is very risk since the Company has no cash flow it will be seeking additional funding until the property goes into production (ie more dilution)

RRR's busines model is IMO better suited for the CDN/US markets than the UK
However in general I am not a big fan of AB historical involvment in different industries/different minerals/different
countries

Recently AB seems more focused on Africa as well as spinning off assets and creating liquidity events. I hope he does that with lithium as well

interesting but lacking the context of what if anything those companies did such as exploration results

share prices go up on hopes & dreams of positive exploration results

but economic conditions are far different today than 1 year ago. so what ever the IPO might have been a year ago IMO it will be lower in today's environment.

No doubt by guess was wrong. I still believe AB will be sucessfull in getting funds from Congo judgements

I bought months ago with the understanding that it would take time (2-3 years) before a significant event happened. So IMO the biggest risk is 'dead money' and the shares do nothing. I was not aware of the Congo legal issues so i could be really lucky Timing is everything on these small stocks but being lucky is even better

its the lowest 2 day trading volume that I have seen in over 4 years watching the RRR share price

good points. For even more speculation a new property might be a way for the major company to enter into a JV for funding as opposed to making a cash payment on the VUP deal to avoid admission of wrong doing - the court ordered payments would still be made

Agreed I wrote the same thing several weeks ago. Given the fraud history the attorney would be more careful than usual

those that are aware of the Congo tweet fall into the following categories
1) dont believe it or
2) already invested

How much is that? Any additional information would be great

RRR gets paid from a 3% royalty (see 11 May 2016 news release)so it is dependent on production rate and gold price.
so probably in the time frame of 7-15 years.
IMO incrementally positive but not really a game changer which is why I left it off my prior lists
