AB expects "visible signs of success" from this trip referring to the collection of the initial amounts of money, so my take is a news announcement in3-10 days, to allow for the stated discussions/negotiations/ give & take etc-- agreements to drafted, reviewed and signed then finally funds send AND received

IMO the whistle has sounded and the train will be leaving the station

I waiting too. AB creates a short term expectation for positive news and then disappoints. As opposed to just putting a time frame than can be achieved and sometimes happen faster. I bought thinking 2-3 years then AB goes off and does videos leading everyone to believe it will happen faster

IMO Southern Cross news does nothing for RRR. It only the future listing of the Australian ONLY then this type of news may or not impact that share which in turn can impact RRR. Right now there are too many unknowns and this type of news will be ignored by the general lack of any interest in RRR plus the general negative view of Bell
news to watch for-
1) Congo-collection of money and any litigation progress
2) Elephant IPO in US
3) Kenya JV--unknown timing but after Kenya elections
4) Australia 2-3+ months away
5) Lithium- IMO more ground applications and maybe some sampling which probably wont get this market excited but designed to get a JV or another IPO somewhere

for every buy there is a sell I am guessing the computer picks whoever started the traded which is why some people like to use that as a screening tool

I have no information however i would guess that it is computer generated (as opposed to an input by a live person), so this determined by computer programing for this website which (I am guessing) would pull that information from a computer data base maintained by the exchange. Personally I dont put too much weight in those buy/sell classifications but some do

1- There is an allegation of Fraud against -Thesus Capital

Thesus is a shareholder in a number of public companies (such as KBLM) as well as companies who have filed for IP)'s such Lucy Scientific

Thesus is not involved in management of Elephant and therefore Elephant is not responsible nor can control what its do or dont do.

At best this would a disclosure item for the SEC and potential future investors may or may not be concerned about this. At most they would be concerned with negative trial outcome which might involve a sale of those shares

Since it appears that it was dealt via a sale of those shares this is non issue.

I should point out that US law is "innocent until proven guilty" and IMO the justice system moves slowly. Also anytime an investor loses money somebody is accused of fraud. When a share price goes it usually triggers a class action lawsuit alleging violations of the SEC rules on failure to disclose something IMO it is a very litigious country

There is an offer but as of yet no acceptance. Once competed there is no more IPO

So the risk factor for RRR and its shareholders - Will the IPO be completed?
